This quest, along with the rest of the dailies seems to have been fixed. It now also requires you to defeat the instance's last boss as well.

This item can only be looted from the heroic version of the instance and all dungeon quests from the Tavern/Inn now require you to kill the last boss in each instance also.

If you are as geared as you can be and/or don't really want to run heroics, you can also complete the dungeon on normal and still get credit for the boss kill required. You then just extend the heroic lockout and run back in on heroic to collect the item.

Seems to be bugged. I finished the quest. It says "Ready for turn-in". The quest "?" shows turn in at my garrison fountain. I picked the quest up from Lorewalker Cho at the garrison inn. He is neither at the fountain or in the inn.

I have perhaps been taking part in too many celebratory feasts, now that the Vale has been cleansed.

Wait what? This is news to me. Oh how I wish I could see the Vale in its purified state.
