This item can only be looted from the heroic version of the instance and all dungeon quests from the Tavern/Inn now require you to kill the last boss in each instance also.

If you are as geared as you can be and/or don't really want to run heroics, you can also complete the dungeon on normal and still get credit for the boss kill required. You then just extend the heroic lockout and run back in on heroic to collect the item.

I have done this quest. However i haven't been able to hand it in for 5 days for some reason the quest giver wont show up at my garrison.

Thanks, mon. I'm gonna bring this back to the Circle, just as soon as I can figure out how ta fly in da savage winds of dis place.

Looks like he's not going anywhere soon

Edit: Some rep grind, missions and achievements and he should be all ready to go and fly in 6.2

If you're checking this quest out for the completion of the 驻足倾听 achievement, then you can skip it. It's the repeatable followup of 塞纳里奥的忧虑, which you did need for the achievement.

你要是能再帮我找来几片树叶就好了。那些植物能看穿赞吉吉的树形伪装，就算赞吉吉扎根在原地也没用。

而且那样想逃跑也不太容易！
