You can only get this item in heroic mode of Auchindoun. It's on the left side of the platform at the first boss of the instance. If you are a class with stealth or invisibility you can get it without killing anything.

I tried going in alone, Heroic 10, and 25. The thing is not visible.
I assume you may need to be in a group, or maybe kill the first boss?

This is soloable for non-stealth classes if you've gotten a 珍贵的血棘指环 from 咕噜姆 in Shadowmoon Valley.

This can be done, even by a class without stealth, just go down the stairs to the left and back up, you can get past the pat on this side without aggroing.

Edit: This is no longer applicable as all Inn quests require you to also kill the final boss. If you do a run and kill the final boss and forget to loot the item, you can still go back and get it yourself using this method without needing to run the entire heroic again (hey, it's happened to me!), but nine times out of ten this is no longer relevant.

If you want to make this really easy, find a friend (or anybody) that has already completed this on heroic. Or, if you've already done it, just as good.

With a speed increase you can make it to the item before the "Do you want to accept this save?" message timer expires. As a Warlock, I used rocket boots when I entered and kept Burning Rush on the entire time; I used a healthstone and some ember taps to keep it up the entire way. I made it to the item and had picked it up with around 10 seconds left, at which point I just used the "Leave Instance" button before the timer.

Doing it this way you can run directly to the item with no trash to worry about, and still not get saved without running it yourself. If you've already ran it yourself for the week, you can still get the item just as easily without worrying about the time. Most classes should be able to do this, with Ghost Wolf, Sprint, etc. Some classes may have a hard time, but I was also able to do it on a Warrior with Heroic Leap and my old PVP bonus that gave runspeed on its use; while there maybe a class it's difficult on, I'd imagine that most can accomplish this within the 60 seconds before you're saved.

Its been nearly seven days since I've picked up the quest from 莱尼德·巴萨罗梅 to go to Auchidoun, collect the Soulweave Vessel to return to him but he's nowhere to be found in my Garrison. I have a level 2 Tavern but he's nowhere in there. I've had other quests where the givers show up day(s) later to my Tavern awaiting my return, except for Leonid. I've tried swapping the Taverns location with another building of the same size but he didn't show up there either. He's not upstairs or in the basement, either. If anyone can offer some kind of solution to this please reply.

Quest has now been changed so that you have to beat the final boss after getting the Soulweave thing. I guess Blizz got sick of everyone stealth soloing the quests.

If you are unable to turn the dungeon quest in at your Garrison Inn, you may have missed the last boss for the dungeon. A display issue caused these quests to show as complete before the final dungeon boss was defeated. Follow the steps below to resolve the display issue on your client:

Open the Battle.net app and select World of Warcraft on the left-side of the app.
Click the Options dropdown menu and select Show in Explorer.
Double-click the World of Warcraft folder.
Delete the Cache folder.
Restart World of Warcraft.

The Lunarfall Inn and Frostwall Tavern quest NPCs may not all be present at the same time when handing in a large amount of quests. Leaving the garrison area and then returning will change which NPCs are there, and you should be able to hand in your quests.

Acquired the item for this quest as well as "The Soulcutter", both of which require killing Teron'gor to successfully complete the quest. However, upon killing Teron'gor, I did not receive credit.

The 织魂容器 in the West wing where you kill Vigilant Kaathar. In the bosses room, it is located on the left (west) side just off of the main platform on one of the little "triangles".

Today I went to do this quest and could not complete it. The 织魂容器 was there in both heroic and mythic, but was not clickable or responsive to any interaction. I tried taking it before the first boss, after killing it, and after finishing the dungeon. All without success.

I did notice when returning to the room after killing the final boss that the object flashed with the bright yellow 'quest object' outline when it first appeared, but dulled down to a yellowish gray outline as I approached it, so it may be some sort of phasing issue in the new expansion.
