This is an additional way to gain Golden Lotus rep after "buying" the farm. (I didnt pay a single copper) I dont know why the quest isnt tagged as a daily but I do know there is a follow up of the same name of 2 later. Should be repeatable.

As for buying the farm, simply have all 16 plots open and be Exalted with the Tillers.

Edit: The follow up pops up immediately after planting.

2nd Edit: The reward is some rep and a SINGLE lesser charm. I was able to begin the GL part 1 today as well after turning in my turnips. I suppose if one wants rep this is... sort of an ok alternative. Id rather sell the vegetables on my own though.

You get the work order quests from a post which replaces Farmer Yoon after he goes to join the tillers council.

To help him along, you need to talk to Nana Mudclaw and complete the 继承土地 after you have opened all 16 plots and become exalted with the Tillers.

Once you complete the quest will also now a book the house on the farm allowing you to set it as your home location.

To see the Work Order quests for Golden Lotus, you must have unlocked the daily quests for that faction.

If you have already completed 产品订单：金莲教II the same day and then start this one afterwards to do the whole process again, you don't seem to be offered 产品订单：金莲教II again, will it be offered tomorrow? i do not know :O.

UPDATE: part 2 still hasn't shown, and can not get part 1 again.

I did the Work Order #1 quests and they don't give the 19g it says here, only completing the #2 gives the gold and the rep, which begs the question: WTH is the purpose of the #1 quests, since the #2 ones require you to "Harvest", which obviously would require you to plant them.

The 'Harvested' counter is not counting Plump Turnips harvested.

The first day this quest was available I planted 8 white turnips. One proc'd as Bursting Turnip. I harvested the Turnip, then planted something else assuming it counted toward the 8 harvestings needed. The next day I was 1 short on the harvesting, so I planted until I got another Bursting Turnip. Again it didn't count the harvest. On the third day I harvested the 8th Ripe white turnip. It did not count toward the quest, so I am stumped. I am stuck on 7 white turnips harvested with no way to finish the quest.

When I planted Watermelons for another rep quest the Bursting Watermelon counted. I am guessing it should count. Be careful until they get the kinks out.

Had the same problem. picked up two of the Work Order quest on two toons. One quest goes without issue and the other doesn't gets the quest complete pop up, but no follow up for part two of the quest and you cannot pick up part one again.

If you complete both the Work Orders I and Work Orders II on the same day, you will be offered Work Orders I the following day, but Work Orders II will not pop up until the following day. When you pick up your first, say, Red Blossom Leek, it will THEN pop up with the turn in at the cart near the Mailbox.

If you skip a day, you'll be able to get both Work Order quests on the same day.

Shouldnt this show up as a blue daily quest? Seems weird that it's yellow since you can do this quest every day.

There may be other issues with the Work Order quests, but a major one is that "bursting" crops (ones you can harvest the same day) do not add to the quest counter. It doesn't matter if you accept the Part II quest before you harvest, it still won't count. The Part II quest expects you to harvest all 8 plots on the day after Part I and ignores everything else.

The workaround is easy: if you harvest a bursting crop, replant the same thing in the plot. You'll have an extra crop, but at least you'll still be on schedule for Part II.

As of 5.3 at least it appears you don't need factions at revered or even honoured (Australian spelling... inb4:) as long as they are visible as reputation bars in your interface.

I'm neutral with Dominance Offensive and August Celestials and friendly with Golden Lotus and Shado-Pan and honoured with Klaxxi but I have all their work orders up and available after recruiting Farmer Yoon to the Tiller's Union.

It's a shame the quest requires using 8 plots, making it impossible to do all three Work Order quests at a time. If they'd just shorten it to 4 crops a day we could do Golden Lotus, August Celestials, and Shado-Pan all in the same day and still have 4 plots for the crops we need for cooking. With the cost of produce on most servers and some recipes requiring 25x veggies/berries, each higher level recipe can cost over 100g on the AH. It's a nightmare for anyone leveling the top end of cooking and trying to get rep at the same time.

In my opinion, this isn't asking for a handout or easy mode. It's already inconvenient to have to wait a day for harvest, then dealing with all the annoyances at harvest time with virmin, weeds, etc. If we're willing to put in the "work" for the produce we get, isn't it at least fair to give us a little land to work with? Or, if the purpose is to keep us from getting all three rep in one day it could still be shortened to 6 plants, which would still give us 4 plots for personal use. Right now it seems like these factions have taken over our farms (unless we forego the rep quests entirely.)

Anyone know how to obtain this quest post 5.4.0 ? All my 90s who had this available before the patch still have it but my first toon to reach 90 afterward does not. I did the dailies in the Vale to raise my rep with GL to friendly but still no work order.

Here is a list of what you would need to buy/plant/harvest for each faction in the daily "Work Order:" quests.

Be sure to ask Jogu the Drunk which crop to plant/will be producing extra the next day. Doing so gives you the knowledge so you can yield some extra veggies in addition to the ones you use in completing these quests.
