If you get this quest and wonder where the boat is (like me!) Close to the quest giver is a purple and green portal that takes you straight to the ship. Its behind Seamus Goldenkicks.

The portal to the Skyfire next to Seamus Goldenkicks is created by buying Portal Reagents: Skyfire from Proveditor Grantley. Once open, any alliance player can use the portal for 20 minutes.
You can also buy Portal Reagents: Skyfire from Field Merchant Skevin, who is standing on the Skyfire to the left of the doorway, to help you get back to Lion's Landing.

I guess you could fly to the Skyfire by yourself too. It is way over in southwestern Krasarang Wilds (coordinates 18,79).

To find it:
If you buy the portal, or the portal is already up, you take the portal. If it's not, fly to Cradle of Chi-ji, the closest flight path. When you land, you'll be facing southwest, and should be able to see the Skyfire, depending on your view distance.
