If you need to get back to Dalaran (which is an instanced version of the city, not a phased version of the actual location) you can talk to 谢默斯·金足 at Lion's Landing in Krasarang Wilds.

Somewhere between 6650-9150/21000 into revered should unlock this quest line. But it actually starts with 达纳苏斯遭袭？.

The mobs for this quest seem to have problems with evade bugging. A very short leash, I guess. Don't try to fight them in the sewer's tunnels, fight them in the rooms.

It'll probably be fixed soon, but it's possible to use flying mounts next to the entrance to Violet Hold. There isn't much beyond Dalaran other than nothingness though.

I was being lazy and instead of fighting back out of the sewers ported to Dal and was pulled out of the questline version of Dal, it seems to be instanced and not phased, so Mages dont teleport to Dal while doing this quest, it will pull you out of the instanced version of the city and you will have to go back to Karasang Wilds and see 谢默斯·金足 to get taken back to the right version of Dal.

How do you get to the sewers without flying?
edit: found it with some help. You can jump down a well, or there is also an entrance right next to the stairs where the quest giver stands. Almost under the stairs.

You will need to pick up the quest 达纳苏斯遭袭？ from 海军上将泰勒 in Lion's Landing as a prerequisite for this quest.

I noticed when I was in this quest Dalaran the map said I was in Westfall. So of course I had to jump out of the sewer pipe. After falling for a while over a vast ocean I died and I rezzed at the graveyard in Westfall. Sure I'm going to have to go back but it was worth it.

Took me two hours to figure this out, but hopefully this will save the rest of you a lot of time/frustration:

1.) IF YOU NEED TO GET BACK IN PHASE TO FINISH/TURN IN QUESTS, go back to Krasarang Wilds and talk to the NPC Seamus Goldenkicks <Portal-Mage> at Lion's Landing.

2.) IF YOU WANT TO PREVENT/FIX THE BUG FROM HAPPENING, I am pretty sure I know what is causing it. Go back to Theramore and tell the NPC Zidormi that you want to be taken back to the present. If your Theramore is currently phased to the past, then you will have phasing problems when you try to enter the Sunreaver's section of Dalaran to complete these quests. If your Theramore is currently phased to the present, then you should be fine.
