20820/21000 Still didn't get the quest. So I'm assuming you can only get it when you hit exalted with shieldwall

If you're having trouble finding Anduin, he's hiding behind a pillar to the south of the main platform, up the ramp by the big door.

Anduin's co-ordinates are 56.36, 34.39. He will not show up on the mini-map until you get close to him and complete the "find Anduin" criterion.

Quest becomes available on reaching exalted, and rewards no rep (neither do the follow-on stages of the chain).

Here's a rundown of what will happen since no one has explained (though obvious).

Behind the pillar, there's the NPC you need to speak with.
Run down, after you've talked to him, to the arena. After some time, the mini-Sha mobs will be able to be attacked.
Proceed to kill all of them.
Wait for the (Alliance) king's son to take a few seconds.. Kill the next mob (the Shieldwall Horde Hero one--you can't mistake him).
Now once you're in a fight with him, use the orbs on the ground (white-golden orbs) to gain a buff which protects you against the Hero's magical damage.

Once the NPC is dead, they will talk again (took unusually long).. Garrosh will threaten to kill you, but will in fact not do it (surprise?).. because you're now a messenger for Garrosh.

Anyway, Garrosh breaks the bell and you get a new quest "The Silence" (which is the last).
Once you've deployed the flare, a kite mount will appear. Sadly I could not use it - I think it was glitched out. Fly back to the Shieldwall base, and that's that!

If nothing happened after you spoke to the first NPC, then log out and back in. That solved it for me.

Alliance side: speak to the gnome up on the hill (like you've done a dozen times before during these extra quests) and fly to the location given. You will be flown to northern Kun'Lai Summit. When you arrive there's a huge pillar directly in front of you, to your left. Anduin is behind it. Talk to him and trigger the event. Run down the stairs and start killing a ton of horde. Cry a little bit on the inside when you realize you're not as effective at PvP as you are at PvE. Collect mount when it's over.*

* was my experience. Yours may vary.

i don't know if this was fixed or not but back when i did this quest on my priest i was fighting the blademaster and stepping on on of anduin's little bubbles locked me out of shadowform and i ended up stabbing him while i fixed my action bar, so spriests be wary of that

I just reached exalted, but this quest isn't available. Anyone know what the problem might be?

If you managed to get exalted like I did, without completing any of Admiral Taylor's quests, you will need to complete the initial parts of this 神盾守备军 before this quest becomes available.

Good news is he gives them all to you in a row once you are exalted.

when i got this quest and he said that anduin was missing. i turned 90 degrees left and saw that anduin was standing literally a few feet away. quest givers are dense.

部落军队正在向昆莱山的帝皇之域大量集结。

那里有一座古代魔古宫殿，而且显然是某种未知力量的源头。

这只能说明一件事：加尔鲁什打算要使用圣钟了。而安度因……和祥和钟杵……都失踪了。

我毫不怀疑，那个傻小子肯定亲身前往北方了。

我没时间召集精锐部队去找他了。你必须去阻止安度因。
