The quest is INSIDE the quarry, one level below all the other daily quests place.
The stairs to go down is located to the left (southwest to be precise) as you walk down the stairs.

The quest is inside the quarry below the other dailies, but the stairs down are neither southwest nor southeast. It's more or less in the middle. To be more precise and save running in circles, when you get down the first flight of stairs, look right behind the bottom of the stairs for an entrance to the next set of stairs going down. If you do that, you can't miss it.

Once you come down the wooden steps at 82,18 there is a doorway. The quest wording was a little confusing, but it's right there. Just head down the path and the npcs are there.

Mages note: The Blood Elf Seal of Righteousness will stack multiple times if stolen from different mobs and has a 100% proc rate on your spell casts.

Stack five and you'll kill most mobs in a single channel of Arcane Missiles. It'll also proc from Arcane Explosion for killing the Pandaren.

Apparently, after hitting Honored with The Black Prince, Reliquary NPCs (and those at Domination Point) give 20+ rep for the black prince a piece.

When you go down the steps don't turn right or turn left & fight the Spiritbound Brutalizer & Spiritbound Arcanist. Instead to exactly find the entrance to fight the Relinquaries, go down the foot of the stairs & make a left U-turn (move forward while turning around to your left). You'll see the entrance there. The exact coordinates to the 'door frame' are (60.74 - 41.26). When turning in your quest, you should receive 165 points to Operation: Shieldwall.

Clearly I get the noob award for this quest because I did it the first time with my 481 Combat Rogue rather than the uber Afflock who simply burns through walls like a pair of Jedi knights in a bad mood. The Reliquarians are reasonably well-spread-out but when you attack one, several others seem to feel the need to stroll over and help, so it's rare that you'll be fighting only one. Which is fine, but after the fight(s) have been going on for longer than about 5 seconds, one or more golden hammer-like objects appear and start zapping you. The number of hammers usually corresponds to the number of Reliquaries that you're fighting, so three combatants = six entities attacking you.

You can't target the "hammers" so there's nothing you can do except kill the Reliquaries as quickly as possible, at which point the hammers despawn and if you've managed to remember to burn through all your healing potions, you won't need to buy the Spirit Healer a martini.

I apologize for sounding cranky but isn't this a daily? Like for farming rep? Like while you're doing something else such as watching reruns of the Waltons? Fine, just abandon the quest and never bother with an expensive time sink like this again but shouldn't these be labeled? Maybe get the Michelin Guide to rate these things; not so much for degree of difficulty as Amount of Attention Required?

When you turn around after reaching the bottom of the stairs in the mine cave, you will see another entrance to the stairs leading further down to the lower section.
