EDIT: As of 12/4/12 03:00 this quest now works, the teleport works as it should.

As of 12/3/12 03:00 this quest is currently bugged as you cannot enter the portal to the Purple Parlor and will receive an instance aborted messaged when trying to do so. This is an instanced zone and therefore the quest cannot be completed by going to Dalaran afterwards.

I actually went up to the Purple Parlor in Dalaran to see if it could work and as other noticed it doesn't work but when I came back to Lion's Landing the portal worked for me. I don't know if it was actually going there or just leaving Lion's Landing made the portal work or if it just decided to work that time but I hope this helps.

As of 9:17 EST on December 3, I was able to enter the portal to the purple parlor and complete the quest. As far as I can see the quest is no longer bugged

Also note, there is no way to explore this phased Dalaran, Jaina will just teleport you back.

Jaina is normal human size now. She used to tower over my Night Elf. Still cute but not quite so commanding. "All I ever wanted to do was Study" yeah.. me too, Jaina.. Me too.

its still bugged mine says transfer aborted instance not found

The quest is still bugged. Trying to use the portal I only get Transfer Aborted: instance not found and going to Dalaran and using the portal to the Purple Parlor in The Violet Citadel won't work to complete the quest.

I had to do long reputation grinds every day to get to this quest and what did I get? A talk full of wisdom with Jaina. It was totally worth it. And the music was awesome.

When you get to Dalaran, do not fall off the tower. You cannot fly in this version of Dalaran, and there is no angel to rez you at the graveyard. Will make for a real pain if you are unable to get to your corpse.

The Kirin Tor is bugged. When I'm using the portal to meet with Anduin, he isn't on the balcony in the phased Dalaran. Anyone else with this probem, or is there a solution?
