The goblins have a 100% chance to drop Animatable Stone. Currently, the nodes are few and far between either due to the amount of players doing the dailies or low spawn rate.

You can destroy Shieldwall Excavationbots near the stone blocks allowing you to loot the stones.

Since the map doesn't show the quest node, the location is 78, 19. It's the greyish area on the map just west of the mine entrance.

In order to complete the quest, you need to stand on or next to the grey stones on the ground and have the sappers throw dynamite at you, or have the bomb-mobs explode on the stones. Collect the stones of the ground, rinse, repeat.

Getting the 锈水工兵 to投掷炸弹 into the light gray blocks littering the area will cause them to explode, allowing you to collect 2-3 松动的石头

If youre ranged, like me, lure the snappers in to the stones youre standing right in them and then when they attack you, they hit the stone. Kite them around several stones, this goes quick. The bombs they throw at you don't hurt that much.

Don't bother unmounting.
Get agro from the Sappers then fly to the blocks.
Let them throw dynamite busting up the blocks.
Fly straight up loosing agro.
Fly back down and loot.
No killing needed at all.

By the way - collateral damage may break up the stone slabs there. If so, pick that up, too.]
