Patch 5.1 added many daily quests in Krasarang Wilds referring to Queen songs, this is one of those.
Blizzard showed some deep knowledge about the band, some of the songs weren't hit at all.
This is a playlist I did maintaining the following order of the quests

The items you want are sparkling brown boxes scattered along the beach among the alliance there.

Anyone else having trouble with these items spawning? I've come to the beach on at least 3 occasions now and there have been 1) No alliance mobs to kill and 2) No supplies on the beach

EDIT: Do the Alliance have to have control of all three areas for these to spawn or something?

These crates can also be found on the two docked Horde ships, south of Domination point.

I don't see the boxes or alliance in the area shown either. I did the quest a few days ago without a problem, not sure if it was the same area then or not.

For the Shieldwall quest that *can* be done in this area, I find it much more effective to go to the nearby island, directly East from the Docks. The NPCs spawn very slowly on the Horde-Controlled Island, and are usually under the point where you can pull aggro and get credit for the kill.

As for this quest itself, I guess the Alliance is short on supplies, because I've literally yet to see any boxes and I've been searching the blue area for like 5 minutes.

EDIT: Also, apparently Abandoning the quest makes it unavailable to you for the rest of the day.

EDIT#2: Alright, I believe I figured it out. It seems this mission may be bugged (At the time of this writing). The airdrops have only been available for me when the Alliance controls the surrounding area. Perhaps there was a phasing issue before, but the only thing that has changed from one day to the next is the Alliance controlled this area at night - when I was completing this quest. Therefore, the quest should only pop up when the Alliance control the area. It popped up for me when the Horde controlled it, and was impossible to complete. Unsure if this is fixed now or not.

Also, there are MANY more Alliance in the area when the area is controlled by the Alliance for the Shieldwall quest.

Dailies, as it would seem, are issued differently per server. Therefore, while your friend gets one set of dailies, you'll get a different set if you're playing with them cross-server.

Having said that, occasionally this quest cannot be completed on a different server if it isn't part of that server's daily rotation. Therefore, to solve the 'bugged quest' issue, just drop group and complete it on your home server before hopping back to your friend's.

This may not always be the issue, mind you, but it just worked for me.

None of these are here for me today, and there's no Gyrocopters either. It is all Horde controller right now (as it should be!) in that area, so I'm not sure if that effects this and it needs Alliance to control it for them to spawn, but right now there is nada.

This comment is written from the perspective of a Horde player:
This quest and other dailies in Domination Point, ~~Temple of the White Tiger~~ (Temple of the White Tiger seems to be working again) and Nuzio's Temple, plus the fisherman in Pandaria that gives you the clue where to go to get the catch of the day have ALL been broken for quite some time. The closest I can figure is that everything went out around the 6.02 upgrade. I have been leaving bug reports over and over. I have opened ticket after ticket, only to get some stupid reply like "You need to delete ALL of your add-ons." (I actually tried that nonsense and it made no difference.) What happens is the targets of the dailies don't appear on the same day that the actual daily quests are given out. So you get a quest to shoot down helicopters, but, no helicopters. You get a quest to destroy supply drops, but no supply drops. You go to where the fisherman says, but no pools of fish. I must have opened 50 tickets on this issue in the last 6 months and Blizzard has completely ignored me. Oh yeah, once a GM told me that everyone was soooooooo busy programming that it was taking "days" for them to be able to respond to bugs. (Now I see they were programming a new "Coins" feature so that Blizzard can rake in even more money off of everyone!) But I figure that when you are already raking in MILLIONS OF DOLLARS A MONTH, you should be able to afford to hire enough workers to keep the game up and running properly. Hell, they cannot even respond to a GM ticket on the same day that it is submitted any more. I have been playing WOW for over 10 years, since it first came out. Customer service is nothing like it used to be, even though they now have more paid players. Ok, sorry everyone for the rant. But now on to what we CAN do...

Note:
There IS a WORKAROUND to this dilemma, although it is not the best. In Domination Point some of the dailies can be hunted down in a slightly different area than where you expect to find them. When you get the Flash! AAAAHHHH! quest gyrocopters are supposed to fly over the Domination Point fortress, but they usually won't appear there. However, you can fly out to sea to the Alliance airship. Head southerly from the fort towards the Alliance ships in the ocean. Above the ships you will see an airship flying. You will find the Gyrocopters flying around underneath that airship. If you haven't done it yet, create a macro that will make knocking these gyrocopters out of the sky a snap:

Just create the above macro and put it on a hotkey. Then fly around under the airship spamming the hotkey and when you get close enough to one the macro will do all the work. When you get the quest Death on Two Legs to kill Alliance NPC's on the beach you can instead run around the grassy areas just off the beach and around the fortress and spam TARGET NEAREST ENEMY (Have this on a hotkey. I keep it on a permanent hotkey because I find it useful to spam to target enemies all the time.) and cloaked SI:7 Saboteur NPC's will appear that you can now kill to complete the quest. What you have to do to complete the other dailies in order to get the rep you need, is that you have to keep these daily quests active in your quest log once you get them. And then when you visit each site look to see if they are active that day. Eventually the quest objects WILL show up and you can complete the quests. The downside to this workaround, of course, is that you have to clog up your already full quest log, and you have to do a lot of unnecessary traveling, which sucks. But, that is what Blizzard has left us with.

Also, now that we have the ability to travel cross-realm, you can download the addon Cross Realm Assist and use it to see if you can find these daily quests active on other realms. Just make sure you adjust your group search to exclude Raid groups, as you cannot get quest credit wile in a Raid group.

The whole point of doing these dailies is to raise our reputation with these factions in Pandaria. One thing we can do to increase the reputation gains is to do the daily Work Order quests for the affected factions in Halfhill where you plant the herbs that these factions need. You will find these dailies under the blue exclamation point on the post next to the steps up to your hovel at the fields where you plant your crops in Halfhill.

P.S. For the last month I have been logging what dailies spawn and when they spawn. Hopefully I will eventually figure out a pattern and if I do I will post and maybe we can figure out a better way to work around Blizzard's lack of concern to fix their own game errors. After tracking these broken dailies for over 2 months I have come to the conclusion that the dailies show up randomly and there is just no way to predict what daily will show up when. In the meantime, EVERYONE needs to keep submitting the game bugs to Blizzard!

Ok, so yes, this is still bugged as of 6.1, and the crates still don't necessarily spawn on the same day the daily is given. I have seen a workaround suggested that has you hold on to the daily and check back every day until they do spawn. Well, the obvious downside is that that means it could take two or more days to complete the quest, and could double or even triple the length of your rep grind. I am not that patient, so I looked for a quicker workaround.

I picked a random group in the Custom Group finder that was advertising an open garrison, hoping to realm hop to a realm with crates. It took two tries, but on the second one, I realm hopped to a beach that was covered in glimmering crates! Now, since the custom group was a raid, I wasn't able to receive credit for destroying crates, but I knew I was on the right track.

I looked in custom groups again, and found a fairly quiet looking group of two people looking for rares in Nagrand. I popped in, and there were crates! I hit one, and got credit. I quickly apologized and asked if they minded if I used their group for a quick realm hop (while running around destroying crates), and by the time they answered, I was done with the quest.

TL;DR: Join a group in Custom Premade Groups (that isn't a raid), and find crates on another realm. It may take two or more tries to find one where they are spawned, but you will be able to complete the quest on the same day it is given.

Still bugged as of 6.2, if nothing is showing up for you, I have found consistently that server hopping can help. It may take a few tries on different servers, but you will be able to tell immediately if that server is bugged or not either.

Today, this quest worked for me. The boxes were dropped with parachutes and were on the beach. Hope folks can do this quest now.

Here some information you can find useful.
I re-started to level up my reputation with dominance offensive 3 days ago, doing dailies in domination point (and plating some rep related plants in sunsong ranch); I had the same problem reported in many comments, for this quest and the quest Flash Aaaaah, for 2 days long: the alliance supplies didn't appear over the location they were supposed to and the gyrocopters disappeared or they never appeared, and I simply couldn't do those dailies.
When I went to sunsong ranch to gather plants and quest in, I noticed that the reputation bonus given from grand commendation of dominance offensive (+100%), that I bought and consumed because I was revered with this faction, didn't work, so I opened a ticket to have my reputation back. The ticket response has been something like: "we corrected the problem given by the commendation buff, that didn't work at all because this castable buff have not been applied to you. We added the faction reputation you loss in meanwhile".
After this, not only I had my reputation bonus back, but, the day after, those two dailies was fixed and worked properly and I could do them easily.

Yes I can confirm that these quests are sometimes bugged as of patch 6.2.3, however I found an easy fix to this.
All you need to do is get Crossrealmassist addon, this lets you join parties on other realms, then just keep jumping untill you see the boxes on the beach. Don't forget to only search for groups (max 5 people), because you cant advance the quest while in a raid group obviously.

As of today's posting, 18 July 2016, this quest is still not working. I have accepted it numerous times over the past 2 weeks, only to find the boxes are never present. I have realm hopped as suggested below to no avail. I've reloaded via /reload and even went so far as to completely exit the game and log back on. No matter what, the quest objectives are never there.
I submitted a ticket and received the following response on 13 July 2016:

Game Master Laenowatar here, at your service! I see you're missing the supply drops for Tear it up and I'd be glad to find out what's going on! So I ran your logs to see if there's anything that'll give us any hint, and I think I found the problem here!
Tear is up is a daily quest that's on a rotation, meaning it changes every day. The reset for the dailies is at 3am UTC. In the logs I found, I see Tear it up was accepted at 2:58am UTC. This means the quest objectives won't spawn, until it's back on the cycle again. you can pick up the other daily available! :) Hopefully you're all set! As always, I wish you an epic experience and a wonderful day! (^_^)/"

The problem is that this information doesn't make any sense. What is UTC time? Why is it that I have tried to complete this quest without success after accepting it at different times of the day when it is available from the quest giver?

I resubmitted a ticked and will post the results. Hopefully something might be done about this. I'm not too confident about getting this resolved with all the focus on the Legion launch, but we'll see.
