There are 3 different sets of dailies you can receive, the Blackguard Defenders, the Omnia Mystics, and the Wu Kao Assassins. This quest is part of the Blackguard Defenders set.

You will receive 4 initial quests, when those are all turned in you will get a final quest to kill one of the major leaders of the area.

Fastest way is to kill them with bombs that you get from 我敌人的敌人……还是我的敌人！:
1. Get 我敌人的敌人……还是我的敌人！ but don't complete it
2. Stay on Gai-Cho Battlefield
3. Use 野牛人高爆油桶 from your flying mount to one shot the Gai-Cho quest mobs that are north of the battlefield.

You can only carry 10 bombs at a time. The best tent to get these at is (63.3,43.9), high respawn rate and only 1 Gai-Cho Earthwalker and 1 Gai-Cho Pitchthrower to take down.
