I was sure he was going to knock me off the roof - I mean, why else would he go up there? - but he just spat fire at me a couple of times. He doesn't seem to turn to follow you when he does it, though.

Be sure not to fall off the edge of the roof... the little 2ft drop lip is the limit... if you fall he'll Evade and heal to full.

I'm pretty sure this NPC is a reference to the actor Yun-Fat Chow from the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, the way he flies off after you beat him.

silly spammer question me about why do I fight...wtf is that, Blizz? Trying to be moralist now or what? Those letters have no point...all players fight there because of quests, so if Blizz want players to think about reasons to fight - this might be the worst possible way to do it

Just did this 1-29-2015, and you need to fly up to him to get it done....but i can not in WOD....
