I was able to get this quest even after I did all my dailies. I found Leven Dawnblade at Setting Sun Garrison which was the last quest hub for that day. I'm not certain if he only shows up to the last hub or just there after all dailies are done. If you have done all your dailies yourself and reach exalted, you can try to find him that way.

Took me a while to find Zhi the harmonious but finally found him at mistfall village. Cords are 40.2 77.2, Hope that helps those like me who had a hard time finding him :)

hey guys i am wondering if i could get some help as i hit exalted with golden lotus then was able to start a quest chain which was to get the thunder kings axe spear and helmet but then i abandoned the quest chain and am now phased out of two moons until i finish the quest chain and kill zhao'jin the bloodletter. Any advice on what i can do because i cant get and dailys or see anything at the moment?

The "?" is outside the entrance of "The Silent Sanctuary" that you should go into. Soon as you're inside, it will then move about 100 yards in front of you.

Seems like there are a lot of inconsistencies in WOW lately with the quests. Like there's no editor to keep things similar. I mean in MOP there are a ton of bugs in the quests (especially if grouped), but like this one, some quests will point you to the entrance, while others you find out later that he's\she's below you in a cave. MOP needs a SOP!

My favorite part of this quest chain (other than the nice necklace), is that you're phased and don't have to deal with as many idiots blocking the quest givers on their mounts. Maybe that's just my server? I doubt it.

Where is The Silent Sanctuary? I went to the place shown on the map and there's no Silent Sanctuary there. Does anybody have any advice on this quest?

The Battle Axe of the Thunder King quest/chain must be completed before Leven Dawnblade will offer this quest.

I hit exalted before doing the dailies (from crops), but still had the one quest not completed.

Completed the quest the next day, flew to the Golden Pagoada and picked up this quest from Leven.

Upon turning this quest in to Zhi the Harmonious's corpse, the corpse offers you a new quest and four Shao-Tien Executioners spawn. You don't have to kill them. You can grab the new quest and run.
