Dailies start out at the The Golden Pagoda after completing a quest line starting with 历史见证 (Alliance)/历史见证(Horde).

At Neutral reputation, dailies are available at The Golden Pagoda and Whitepetal Lake. Additional dailies also become available at Mistfall Village, the Ruins of Guo-Lai, and the Setting Sun Garrison at higher levels of reputation.

It will take approximately 24 days to gain Exalted reputation without any reputation buffs.

Currently this and 肩负重任 seem to be bugged when in a group, making the objects unlootable when one person reaches the max amount of required items. Dropping group seems to fix it.
