Dailies start out at the The Golden Pagoda after completing a quest line starting with 历史见证 (Alliance)/历史见证(Horde).

At Neutral reputation, dailies are available at The Golden Pagoda and Whitepetal Lake. Additional dailies also become available at Mistfall Village, the Ruins of Guo-Lai, and the Setting Sun Garrison at higher levels of reputation.

It will take approximately 24 days to gain Exalted reputation without any reputation buffs.

The Shao-Tien Torturers have a better chance of dropping the key.

It's probably a good idea to get the key first before doing any quests in this area that involve killing. The prisoners you release will follow you for a bit and auto-aggro any mobs nearby. Should you not want any followers just fly up and they will disappear when you get high enough.

The key drops randomly, got it once on the first kill. next time it took 21

This has a relatively low droprate but isn't consumed on use. I looted this only after killing all the mogus required for other quests. So don't keep searching for more keys once you loot it like I did.

After you free them, they tag along, but they don't pull aggro.

If you are having a hard time finding a Shao-Tien Torturer for a Shao-Tien Cage Key for the Golden Lotus daily (The Key to Success). I made a useful little macro to find one with ease

/target Shao-Tien Torturer

Put it on your action bar and spam away till you find one!

Just curious, When does this daily become available? im still friendly with the goldten lotus, but bout to be past that soon. I sk because i seen one of those shao-tien cages while coming out of the guo halls.
