Dailies start out at the The Golden Pagoda after completing a quest line starting with 历史见证 (Alliance)/历史见证(Horde).

At Neutral reputation, dailies are available at The Golden Pagoda and Whitepetal Lake. Additional dailies also become available at Mistfall Village, the Ruins of Guo-Lai, and the Setting Sun Garrison at higher levels of reputation.

It will take approximately 24 days to gain Exalted reputation without any reputation buffs.

This quest has a nice little bug. If you use the torch, and while casting you move, it gets interrupted.
But if you are moving while using the torch, you can sucessfully cast the torch.
