Dailies start out at the The Golden Pagoda after completing a quest line starting with 历史见证 (Alliance)/历史见证(Horde).

At Neutral reputation, dailies are available at The Golden Pagoda and Whitepetal Lake. Additional dailies also become available at Mistfall Village, the Ruins of Guo-Lai, and the Setting Sun Garrison at higher levels of reputation.

It will take approximately 24 days to gain Exalted reputation without any reputation buffs.

for me, the artifact was a bit northwest of where it showed on the default blizzard quest objective tracker

For those that wonder what to look for - there are circular containers around the area.

Each container opens up by walking over blue patterns close by.

On the live servers, I just unlocked this quest, I found the artifact, but there are no runes...I'm assuming it is yet another bugged quest.

After another person looted it, it respawned somewhere else and I was able to see the runes.

Edit: It appears the Artifact Box has different spawn locations. What you're looking for is glowing blue circles. If you see them, than you are near the container. You can target the container box as well: /tar Ancient Mogu Artifact. You do not need to Dismount to clear the runes or loot the artifact.

Go to around 26, 20 and you will see a box with artifact

To unlock this box, simply walk over all the blue runes on the ground in the surrounding area. Than you will be able to loot the artifact.

If you have trouble finding 古代魔古神器, use a targeting macro such as:

/tar Ancient Mogu Artifact

Also the artifact will have a stacked buff called 符文解锁 which will tell you how many more blue runes you have to step on in order to activate/unlock the container. My artifact started with 4 stacks, 2 of the runes on the ground were not visible (possible display bug?) so I had to walk around and stop on each tile trying to guess where the runes were until all 4 stacks were removed.

I found four runes, for a while I had only hit 3, so keep looking for a 4th if you're not able to loot the artifact.

Worst quest I have e ver seen. Most frustrating also.

The artifact keeps moving around every time I find 2-3 of the blue circles.

The artifact is at 26.52 20.23 - Just south of the artifact there is a large Mogu statue. Behind the statue you will find a scroll like the one used for the Lorewalker quests. Read (right click) the scroll and the fourth blue circle will appear behind the statue. Walk on it and now go walk on the other three circles (the obvious ones) - Then go get the artifact.

Use the following macro for easy access and put it on one of your action bars. It will select the object and place a marker above it.

/target Ancient Mogu Artifact
/run SetRaidTarget("target", 4)

To be clear, when this is looted, it respawns somewhere else. Fly around and use the targeting macro. When you find it. get the circles quickly.

Amazingly, someone had just looted the artifact and left the sene. Even though I did not see the 4 runes that I was supposed to step on, I tried to loot the artifact and succeeed!

Wonder if this has something to do with infamous DK rotation condition... Since nobody has yet pointed it out.

N.B. If at all possible do not tarry once the final runespot has been cleared. I was engaged in a battle which lasted a bit and right before i got to it it disappeared. So there is a set amount of time that the loot will remain loot-able after which you must locate a re-spawn point.

In the center of the zone will appear blue circles. Stay on four of them and it will appear the item in the center.

this quest was bugged for me today, I could not see the artifact or the runes where they usually are, but that Stonebark Trickster was runnning in circles around the spot where the artifact usually appears

This quest does indeed appear to be bugged.

The blue runes are not appearing on the floor.

I guess you could send Blizzard a ticket and this will almost defiantly be the response you get....

"We're aware of the problem and we're working on it"

Translated

"People keep complaining about it and we'll take a year to fix it"

* Edit - This quest is infact not bugged. I returned to the area a few minutes after and the runes were there. Give it a few mins for the runes to spawn as someone may have just done it before you and it appear it takes a little while of the quest to become available again.

If someone else already started unlocking the runes join them, you can complete it also even if you're not in the same party.

I was looting the artifact and got interrupted by combat. It moved and I had to find it again and do a new set of runes. Not a big deal but definitely confusing for a bit.
