New quest added for 2011 Hallow's end. This starts a mini-quest chain in Stormwind. One of the annoying aspects of the quest giver is that he is needed for the ending quest and when someone turns it in he will despawn for ~30 secs.

When you first enter the inn the gold question mark above this guy's head is hidden by the circular lamp suspended from the ceiling. I thought he was upstairs.
