Stink bomb looks like brown cloud on the ground. Just use quest item on it.
If you stay in this cloud, you'll get 2 min debuff "Stink Bombed!", which obviously can be removed by quest item.

For those on the Alliance side, other than the walkway up the Valley of Heroes, a great place to find a few spots clustered together is just outside the Cathedral on the SW side. I found 4 here right next to each other. Otherwise, other stink bomb spots are scattered about (Mage district had a few).

they look like something is in fire.. i found some next to the inscription trainer in SW outse the Mage District..

Had this bugged on me a few times used the item then telling me i had to be in stormwind when i clearly was...... i just abandoned and retook.... worked fine then

plenty of them around the city just don't bother going down docks..... none there

Remove stink bombs from premises.

If you have some running around to do in Stormwind (need to go to the bank, the auction house, do cooking/fishing dailies, etc.) go ahead and grab this quest first. Then you'll be able to remove the bombs as you run through town, rather than getting the stinky debuff. (Not that the stinky debuff hurts you...) And remember that the 奥术清洁剂 doesn't disappear once you've used it 10 times. It's still in your backpack. So you can continue to wipe them out as you run, rather than running through them, or detouring around them.

ETA: You can also use it on yourself if you happen to walk too close to a stink bomb.

Please note: This quest CAN trigger your PVP if you use the item on a stink-bomb dropped by a hostile faction player. So be mindful of that if the city is under siege.

On This Achievement 糟糕的万圣节 You need to do 4 Quests. 3 of them you doing in same place but last one you need to travel far.

Quest list:

1. 臭气弹轰炸！

Pick Up this Quest from 格雷琴·芬劳 She is outside Stormwind in 艾尔文森林 32 50. On This Quest you need to drop 25 stink bombs in 幽暗城. At first speak with 格尔楚德·芬劳 to get on broom that will take you on correct location. Over ther use skill 1 to drop bombs. Back with quest to 格雷琴·芬劳.

2. 暴风城大扫除

Pick Up this Quest from 格雷琴·芬劳 She is outside Stormwind in 艾尔文森林 32 50. On this quest you need to go to Stormwind to find and remove 10 stink bombs. Is eaase to see them for clean up use 奥术清洁剂 after finish back to Her.

3. 败其兴致

Pick Up this Quest from 凯拉 She is outside Stormwind in 艾尔文森林 32 50. On This Quest you need to travel to 洛丹伦废墟 before get there speak with 希多尔米 in 提瑞斯法林地 69 63 to go to the past ( i couldn't done it on present time ) then fly to 洛丹伦废墟 62 68 land on the Wickerman shoulder and use 灭火剂. Now you can back to 格雷琴·芬劳.

4. 收获的时刻

Pick Up this Quest from 丰收女巫塞莱斯廷 She is outside Stormwind in 艾尔文森林 32 50. Use the bonfire (is behind you 33 50) in front of the Wickerman.

1) type /macro
2) Pick an Icon and namr the macro (I made mine named 'Stink' lol)
3) in the macro box, type /cast Arcane Cleanser
4) Click Save then Drag the new Button you made to an empty slot. I used my 9 slot as it's easy to get to on my Mouse which has 1-12 on the side of it.
5) Ideally, You'll have a Magic Broom but any mount will do (or just run) and click the button over the stinkies!

If you don't see the bombs, then check the parameter named "Particle density" in the graphics settings. Its value doesn't have to be "Disabled" otherwise, you won't be able to see smoke from the bombs.
