Note* This quest line is simply to learn the new patterns. It is not required to choose your LW specialty... Dragon, Tribal or Elemental. If you have acsess to alot of Wildvine ( an herbalist ) its fun to get these pieces. My toon didnt have have acsess to alot of wildvine... and I feel it was a waste of materials for a random stat given every time!

To not confuse new leatherworkers here; The post above me said these Wild Leather quests are indeed a pre-requisite for specialization.
But he/she left it at that.
It is required for Tribal Leatherworking, and tribal only.

Dragonscale leatherworkers have their own quest.
As do elemental leatherworkers, obviously.

Got the quest on my level 33 druid, what level can you get the quest?

The way these Wild Leather Leatherworking quests progress is as follows:

First:
Wild Leather Armor.
Completing this opens up the next 3 quests, which you can do in any order:
Wild Leather Shoulders
Wild Leather Helmet
Wild Leather Vest
Completing those 3 opens up the next 2, which you can do in any order:
Wild Leather Boots
Wild Leather Leggings
Finally, completing those 2 opens up the last quest:
Master of the Wild Leather

As with the equivalent horde quest, this does not count towards Loremaster of Kalimdor, although it will probably count towards the 3000 quests acheivement.

Does anyone know if you can still pick up this quest? He had two quests for skinning yetis and then only sells supplies and has no more quests.

Is there some other location after 4.0.3a to pick these quest up?

I'll teach this to you, but you'll be working for me for a while. The first cost is simply ten pieces of thick leather. After this, we'll talk specifics.]
