As of 11/24/2010 there is no followup to this quest. I cannot find Godfrey he is just completely missing. If anyone can point me towards the next portion of this quest I'd love you!

In order to begin the next part of this chain, approach the battlefront (due south from Sylvanis) on foot. If you are mounted, the NPCs will not appear.

Same thing happened to me, but without being mounted. One solution to the problem seems to be to die. Then when you resurrect, the questgivers will spawn.

I used my mount to run into the city, and saw another player walking around with the quest NPCs.

So you can either grab the quests from someone else wandering around, or you can dismount and the NPCs will spawn for your character.

This one had me puzzled for a bit as well.

If you can't see the NPCs to give you the followup quests, do the following:

Dismount.

That is all.
