Be careful if you plan just walking up the ziggurat, the dirt mounds spawn infected trolls.. they don't have as much health, but it's their numbers that will kill you.

Encountered a bug with this quest, the warlord's body is named "xn?" and there is no data for the client to access (it continues to try to retrieve information from the database). Attempting to drop the quest and accept it again resulted in the same repeated bug.

Attempting /console reloadui resulted in a crash of the game client. Reloading the game client however resolved the issue. This bug also made the item unlootable off of the Warlord's body.

I did the other quest but never got this one. I went back later to see if he had anything, and now he is gone.

Was there another pre-requisite or something?

Argent Call: The Noxious Glade

Make sure you do this one too.

I had this quest bug on me in an interesting way. I had a hiccup in my internet connection and got disconnected for about a minute. When I logged back in I had two Vex'tuls following me, and when I completed the follow-up quest, one of them stayed with me after the other killed himself.

Be sure to bring a body bag because it's quite a challenge to put it into your backpack!

I feel like the name of this quest and the one following is a play on the phrase:

Out of the frying pan and into the fire "an idiom with the general meaning of escaping a bad situation for a worse situation."- taken from Wikipedia
