While doing this quest I managed to get clean guts and diseased guts off the same beast.

The closest place to find animals for this place is the shining strand across from the forsaken high command (where you get the quest.) Your tooltip should indicate whether or not you have a chance to get the drop from a beast. It will say

Guts and Gore
"Clean" Beast Guts - 0/6

“健康”的野兽内脏 will drop off of the "Worg"s and the "Ferocious Grizzled Bear"s who spawn directly in the forest to the east, and across the road to the south of Forsaken High Command, with 42% and 43% drop rates respectively. There is a 85% that you will receive a "Diseased Beast Guts", which does not count towards the quest, and more often then not, will drop alongside a "Clean" Beast Gut, rather humorously.

This quest will not become available until you have completed The Warchief Cometh...which means you have to sit there and tolerate Garrosh's insulting Sylvanas, unfortunately.

This quest is an RNG disaster. It took me 20 minutes to get it done because I just so happen to be "unlucky".

如果我们想要让新病原发挥功效，就需要健康的野兽内脏。问题是，在银松森林里，健康的野兽内脏奇货可居。大多数野兽都罹患疾病，因此只有染病的内脏。

到东部森林地区做一次搜索，寻找座狼和灰熊。只需杀掉那些没有染病的，把它们的内脏挖出来。将所有健康的内脏带给我，好让你的背包满载而归！
