If you're referring to the loot that is linked above by Palapower27, that is the only known loot at this time, as per the drops when Ensidia downed him. There will be more loot discovered as people eventually defeat him.

Depends on your class. A feral druid would love the cloaks for tanking, both the 10-man version linked above and the 25-man version also posted.

Do you need to have done the quest series starting from Archivum Data Disc to be eligible to loot the Reply-code Alpha, or is it just used to get access to Algalon? Could you have one person do the quest for the Watcher Sigils to access Algalon, and then loot the Reply Code to another person?

No tank ring from Kirin'tor. No tank item from this quest. What is the deal? If anyone can beat this guy on 25 man...then NO ONE NEEDS GEAR. So why again are tanks getting nothing?

Not true just because you can kill a boss doesn't mean every single person has all the BiS gear so they killed Algalon, so what just means they know how to play and have good dps and healers and tanks that can hold threat. Killing bosses like algalon are hard because you need some gear but mainly from skill and knowing how to play your class.

This is common in RPG (offline version, anyway, no update is available).

Say, Final Fantasy series, there is always a Final Boss (or hidden boss, you call it). People always think that why the final boss is giving loots when he is already the hardest one. You don't need any upgrade.

However, in MMORPG, the game develops from time to time. There is no "final".

Also, Algalon himself has unique loots, as well as rewarding a title upon defeating him, which best fits who has overcome such a great challenge.

Upon completion of this quest, Brann Bronzebeard appears, and he and Rhonin walk to the monument outside of Dalaran's southern bank in The Eventide.

Rhonin says: We received Brann's message, and we have begun preparations.
Brann Bronzebeard says: Just in time. Let's see this thing off, then.

Rhonin yells: Citizens of Dalaran! Raise your eyes to the skies and observe!
Rhonin yells: Today our world's destruction has been averted in defiance of our very makers!
Rhonin yells: Algalon the Observer, herald of the titans, has been defeated by our brave comrades in the depths of the titan city of Ulduar.
Rhonin yells: Algalon was sent here to judge the fate of our world.
Rhonin yells: He found a planet whose races had deviated from the titans' blueprints. A planet where not everything had gone according to plan.
Rhonin yells: Cold logic deemed our world not worth saving. Cold logic, however, does not account for the power of free will. It's up to each of us to prove this is a world worth saving.
Rhonin yells: That our lives... our lives are worth living.

The monument starts to glow and shoots a pulsing beam into the sky.

Lots of guilds (at least on my server) like to come stand at the transmitter while Rhonin talks and get some recognition.

Typically this whole event freaks out newbies.

So.... Since Rhonin moved from Dalaran to Theramore's Fall.... Is this quest still completable?
I've visited Dalaran with no success of course, and the 'new version' of Rhonin only reacts to Alliance. Just wondering if one can finish this?

If you're lvl 120 trying to turn in this quest and can't find Rhonin (like me), he IS in the violet citadel in the Northrend Dalaran. Wait for him to reappear in the center. It seems many people are trying to turn this quest in and he doesn't respawn for a bit.
