For the newbies: What all have neglected to mention is that this is a seasonal quest and only lasts for a short period of time. Drove me batty looking for someone that wasn't there till I found that out.

I could take this with my lvl 3 bank alt so I'd assume this could be taken at Lvl 1 also.

Seems like if you did this quest in 2009 it will not reset now.
