Ok this one was actually hard to find because it was not visible on the map and you need to use small Incense item on the floor.
Treasure is located in the north-west side of the map. Zone name is Shrine of Pa'ku. Not far from Horde Garden of Loa windrider.
First find the Garden of Loa windrider 帕库追随者利普娜塔 at 49.74 26.41. You will see Altar of Pa'ku there and there is a small road behind this altar. (from south side)
At the end of the road you will find usable item and Gift of the Brokenhearted treasure.

treasure is located in 祖达萨 on Zandalar isle.

The chest is near Gardeon of the Loa flight master. There's a figure of pterrordax nearby.
Pass by right of it and follow the "path" between the tries upto the hill. Behind the hill you'll spot Incense.
Click to it to make the chest spawned.

For Alliance players, the Windrider is hostile. Run past to the altar to her right - the path is between the altar and the tree to the right:

For those of you who don't use TomTom and are Alliance:

From the Verdant Hollow flight point, you need to go up the hill to your left (double back to the west), and you'll be in the Verdant Slope.
Make a right and cross the rope bridge.
Keep to your left, passing Kofu and the Sickened Travel Beast.
Keeping left, you'll see a dirt road and this leads to the Shrine of Pa'Ku.
Keep following this up the hill and it will turn into the Garden of Loa.
At the crest of the hill is Paku'ai Rip'nata, who is hostile. You need to keep on the outside right of the path to avoid her.
However, you need to then make an abrupt left towards the gold and jade shrine.
At the shrine, keep to the its immediate right and follow the terrain, which slopes to the left.
Keeping to the left, go between the wide trunk trees (one on the left, two on the right) and the hill beings to crest.
By then you should see the outlined incense container at the Shrine of Pa'Ku on your left.
Click the container and you will have your treasure!

To get to the start at 帕库追随者利普娜塔 in the Garden of the Loa. Go past the big altar on the right, but watch out that you do not accidentally fall down by mistaking the treetop for the meadow. :-) It's best to circle the area until you get to the "Shrine of Pa'ku", a small picnic spot. Click there on the 熏香 and the treasure chest appears.

Hi all

This is a part of Achievement 祖达萨的宝藏 where you need to open 10 Treasures. Some of them you will not see on map. See Description and video if need it.

Treasures Name	Description and location
1. 督军的宝箱	You can find it on top of the ship in Warport Rastari 50 65.
2. 托诺瓦的财富	You can find it on cliff 53 47 in Village in the Vines.
3.	Use road 44 38 to get to Atal'Dazar then take road 42 36 go through waterfall and you will reaach Treasure at 39 34.
4.	Get of top of the hill in Garden of the Loa and you will descover Shrine of Pa'ku in this place you will see 熏香 press on it and Treasure will show up.
5. 巫医的珍藏	Is on small hill. enterence to this hill is on 66 23 go on top of it to 65 22.
6.	Is in the cave 71 18 go inside to 72 17 in the Exile's Hideaway.
7. 天选者的贡品	Go to Zanchul ( north Dazar'alor ) enter to bulding at 40 13 and turn left going on 2nd flor now just go to the end to 38 8.
8. 秘密宝箱	Is in cave enter from river in The silver ( north Dazar'alor ) at 47 26. Cave is under waterfall go inside and the chest will be in the hands of the dowry.
9. .大白鲨的财宝	Go to south Dazar'alor 58 89 and kill 3 mobs 大白鲨, “碎牙者”亚娜 and “大坏蛋”豪乔 after that Treasure will show up.
10. 潘达利亚战利品	You can find it at bottom of the ship. Enter to the ship is on 52 87 Isle of Fangs ( south Zuldazar ). go to last board on the ship Breath of Pa'ku 24 26.

I can't figure out what the "requirement" for seeing the incense is. I had my two characters both 114/115 with my wife who was on her 120 mage. None of us could see the incense, but we were party sync'd so maybe that is why.

Why did the Incense disappear, is there nothing? Is it because the BFA Expansion is over and you removed the Treasure Chests?
