Upon reading it, pages 2 warns would be Rifters to be careful around water. But instead of "take heed", it advises you to "take head". Not sure if type-o, or joke I don't get.

How often do these books spawn. For this particular one I've waited 3 hours.

Do not know if it will help others but upon arriving at this book, there was nothing there and it was close to the next day so I logged out and back in. Lo and behold, the book was there (albeit, not for very long, it despawned before I could even read the entire thing and I read rather fast). There were two other people there as well who had apparently come to find it. In short, if the book is not there, try relogging, the changes to crz and what not may work in your favor? Or maybe I just got lucky.

I'm wondering if there has been a change in how they spawn? I've checked 12 different servers today and the book hasn't been up on any of them? First time that's ever happened.

This books placing has a phasing issue. If you are having trouble with this book try this: If you are standing on the edge of the rock you are in the zone The Great Sea and you wont be able to see the book! Take a few steps closer in and you will shift into Azsuna. If the book is there you will see it when you are in Azsuna and you cant get to close to it when reading bcs you will enter The Great Sea again. When i found this out i saw someone sitting on the edge camping (in the great sea zone) i took a few steps in on the rock, got phased, the player vanished and the book appeared. Did it a few times to be sure. Since opposite faction i couldnt tell the player to move and i /emoted like crazy, in vain and the book eventually despawned :(

This book is only available on TUESDAYS.

Found on Tuesday at 3:10 a.m. server time, so it's time has nothing to do with the time dailies reset. Can walk right to where it is without using the 空间漂移新手指南 by climbing the hill.

Got it 2/28/17 7:30pm central time. Beginner's Guide to Dimensional Rifting to get there. Wasn't there when i got there so I waited for about 5min and it showed up.

I've seen a few posts saying this is Tuesday's book but I found Chapter 3 on a Wednesday at around 3:15pm Eastern Time.

This wasn't spawning for me, so I tried all the hints above to no success. Then.. I turned war mode off! Success!

Located @ 1130am (Aus eastern DLS hours) on a Wednesday. I read it, it disappeared and respawned within a minute. It disappeared again while writing this post so again within a minute or two and I hadn't touched it. It didn't come back after around 5 minutes.

Took about 12 minutes today, but it spawned. I made sure I was waiting on the Azsuna side of the phase and not the Great Sea. This was my last book, Achievement Completed after so many years!

Used the teleport and was ported to a rock. Nothing there, looked around in place for about 2 minutes and it spawned.

This book is right on the edge of the zone, which is probably why so many people post about it spawning/despawning.

If you go all the way to the book you'll be in "The Great Sea" and the book will despawn. To stay in Azsuna just stay back near the darkened section of the rock, just past the rock before it. If you did run right up to the book and it disappeared, back up a little and wait a few seconds.
