It can be found inside Cavern of Lost Spirits, the entrance of the cavern can be found at coords: 42,8 42,8
Just get in and keep going and you'll find it in a path that goes up which have some bones at the top of it, TomTom doesn't seems to work inside the cavern.

I actually now recommend grabbing the "Wholly" and "Grail" addons, as these will mark the map with "!" marks at chest locations.
