Just some simple info for other people:

He has about 230k Health and is a Lvl 92+
Remember to throw/use the Vial called Ogron Be' Gone which you should have received when getting the quest
He can be found in a hole/cave called Iceblister Den which is located south of the Bloodmaul Slag Mine flight path.

Earthshattering Slam (the ability where you are stunned and the npc pivots and continually slams) can be ouchie if the fight gets to that point. If you are low on dps, might be a good idea to 'call the cavalry' (garrison assist ability).
