Okay , so this guy is in the new UBRS Revamp, hes a "mini-boss", that drops some minor loot, but rumored that he dropped the new 熔火恶犬狗链 mount item, but it has been confirmed that it will be given for the Molten Core revamp for the 10th anniversary.

so this one is the fifth pup of the beast and beauty, along with 来福斑点旺财 and 小强
wowhead states, it "has no loot table" ~~which means it drops nothing~~ but it drops something (since people are able to loot something from his corpse) its only a reference to 比斯巨兽 which was a boss in classic UBRS.
however its -technically- tameble (doesnt have a unique skin though) and can be skinned

Got 比斯之子的血腥之爪 in HM

Killing this NPC in normal mode rewarded our group with 比斯之子的巨型獠牙.
Skinning him after that rewarded me with 比斯之子的剥制皮革.

I must be losing my touch. Not even 芬克的剥皮刀 could help me.

Family:

Beast, the father lived in the classic UBRS.
Mother joined the Twilight Hammer after her mate was killed, she moved there along with her 4 (Lucky, Runty, Spot, Buster) puppies in normal Blackrock Caverns mode or 2 on heroic mode ( Spot & Buster).

Now we have this mysterious un-named corehound, since 2 puppies were missing in heroic, I'm guessing 1 was added to the battle.net authenticator; battle pet. And the other one is the one located in UBRS WoD edition.

This must be either Lucky or Runty!

On a sidenote: unlike his father; when skinned he doesn't have a gnome inside him.

This one is probably Runty, who finally learned to be a feared killing machine, just like mommy and daddy.

According the WoW-Petopia, this is the only surviving Corehound using the old model (noted by a gap of skin behind the eye).
All other core hound models got scales thick around the eyes with the graphics "update".

Tamed today while running mythic ubrs solo for quests For The Children and Oralius's Adventure. Skin is different than my other two core hounds(green/orange flame). A keeper.
