Currently this guy will not complete the event I did when I talk to him. I rescued all 3 people that he wanted but Isaari is glitched
and Mardaar thinks that she's not there even though she's right next to him.

After rescuing all three members, the event would not complete and Mardaar kept telling me to wait for Isaari to show up, despite the fact that she was already there.

This was solved (for me) by waiting around for a couple of minutes, and finally the treasure chest showed up.

I was awarded with:
• 12 Garrison Resources
• Deathweb Toxin Vial

I was actually able to loot the treasure that this NPC awards before even rescuing them. Not sure if they are connected, but according to other comments they are.
