Madison Clark appears to be named after a Blizzard employee. There is a Madison Clark listed in the WoD credits as a Game Master, and this seems likely to be her Twitter handle: Madmahdee.

This vendor will not buy from you.

Each time you try to sell you will get a "You cannot sell items to this merchant" message.

There are more vendors that also do not buy and I am trying to gather a list.

If anyone has found other vendors please let me know.

As the list grows I will update here.

i'm a bit confused with the new profession changes since BFA,

to buy this cleaver it requires you to have cooking skill of @ least level 700 (tooltip) , but now every expansion has it's own skill bar (75/100),

so do i only need to get Dreanor cooking to '100' or gain enough from all the cooking bars to total 700 ? ...

I've noticed, oddly enough, upon upgrading my Inn to lvl 3, she has started perusing my garrison.

I thought she may be going to the herb garden which I thought would be cool, so I followed her to see what she was doing.

All she did was go out to 阿塞尼奥·泽勒普's campfire and take food from him! Then brought it back with her, lol.

Wonder if she's even really a cook...!
