I picked up a little buddy while I was wandering around Bladespire Citadel.

For some reason one of these guys spawned and just followed me around, not aggroing, while I explored and picked up the various loot items in the quest-completed version of the area. He moved quite slowly, but he'd keep catching up to me. When I jumped from the top level down to the mid he vanished for a few moments then reappeared beside me like a pet teleporting. He continued to do this after I left the area and headed into the surrounding ogre encampments.

Never had that happen before. I don't know what triggered it. I didn't try to attack him, so no idea if he'd aggro then - I assume so - or if he'd respawn if I killed him.

Eventually he disappeared when I died. I was kinda sad, I was getting sort of attached to him. His name was Bob.

I think they forgot to set a wander radius on this NPC, or something. I ran from one all the way to Wor'gol and he was still attacking me. Don't know how much further I could have gotten as he was promptly killed by the villagers.
