It is probably a reference to Rudyard Kipling's Jungle Book Shere Khan, the tiger http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shere_Khan

Had a hard time finding his cave entrance... it's up at the top of the hill that the regular tigers surround... ride along the path and look up.

He could be looted only once.

If you kill the 8 tigers first it's a lot easier to see where he is on the mini map

Maybe related to 柯山 in the Jade Forest?

Beginning of the path to cave 32.5 66.5. Head south from that point to 32.1 68.9. Hope that helps.
