One of the most difficult special challengers for the Brawler's Guild, Mingus Diggs is classified as Rank 9 -- the toughest tier in the Guild.
Mingus himself only has 873k health. He does nearly no damage and will die extremely quickly once you get to attack him. However, for most of the fight, he will be immune. To kill him, you need to kill his 4 archaeological treasures, one in each corner of the arena.
The treasures do not ever move but will constantly attack you with a spell that debuffs you, increasing damage taken from that spell (meaning the damage escalates over time). When you're standing in melee range of a treasure, it will stop attacking you. Each treasure applies its own unique debuff; once in melee range, that treasure's debuff will fall off in 5 seconds.
The goal, then, is to move between the treasures in such a way that the damage never gets too high, constantly resetting each debuff. Think the Four Horseman fight in Naxx, sorta.
The worst part of this fight is the DPS requirement. The four statues plus Mingus have a total of 18 million health, meaning you'll have to average 150k DPS over the 2 minute enrage. Keep in mind you'll constantly have to move between statues, though, lowering your DPS.

522 BM Hunter, killed this after about three attempts of learning how to manage debuffs. Ironcally I had more problems with Master Boom Boom than Mingus Diggs. Anyways...
I'll start by saying: Do not attempt this boss unless you're at the minimum normal ToT geared.
This fight's a brutal DPS check as well as a survival fight. You need to learn how to manage your stacks to not die as well as maximize your DPS output. Worst of it all, the fight doesn't initially start until about 10-12 seconds until you get ported into the arena.
At the start of the fight, there are four statues; one in each corner of the arena. Each statue has around 4.2 million life. Mingus Diggs is also there with only 900k life, but doesn't take any damage until all four statues are dead. Your objective to win the fight is to kill Mingus.
Each statue puts a stacking debuff on you that doesn't do much damage initially, but ramps up extremely quick. Each statue will stop stacking debuffs on you when you're in melee range of it. After 5 seconds of being in melee range of a statue, that statue's respective debuff will fall off.
My strategy was I started at the statue in the southeast corner (Near the Brawler's Vendor) and popped all CDs and bursted it down. Once it died, I moved to the other statue to the west, DPSing it and letting my stacks drop. When your stacks from that statue drop. switch over to another statue while DPSing it and waiting for your stacks to drop from that statue. From there on, you're switching from statue to statue in the same manner to avoid your stacks getting too high and also letting the stacks drop off.
Once all statues are dead, Mingus Diggs is attackable and able to be killed. Since his life is significantly lower than the statues, he'll drop very quick.
That's all there is to the fight. I ended the fight at 175k DPS and still hit enrage, but killed the boss.

You need to find

in
一箱托维尔考古碎片
or via Tol'vir digsites in Uldum. This will start the quest
明格斯·迪格斯
allowing you to purchase
挑战卡牌:明格斯·迪格斯
.
This is a Rank 9 fight and it evolves around the four statues:
阿贾萨的残骸
,
纳奥姆的金色公羊
,
不懈的守望者
, and
黑曜游隼
, one standing in each corner of the Brawler's Ring. Each statue will start stacking a debuff on you:
泰坦之视
,
泰坦之怒
,
泰坦之耀
, and
泰坦之火
that gets more and more painful and stacks really fast; about 2 stacks a second. The basic idea is that if you stand next to one of them, it will deactivate and stop casting everything so you can drop off the debuff, thus taking less damage.
明格斯·迪格斯
will also be chasing you around and hitting you with his shovel for weak melee damage. He is immune to damage through
泰坦之佑
till the four statues are killed.
The strategy is quite simple -- manage the stacking debuffs by running around dropping them as needed. As ranged you are able to dps the statues while deactivating another debuff; utilize this to your advantage. Melee need to manage debuffs a bit closer or risk taking added damage; ideally you need to keep bouncing between statues to minimize debuff stacks. Abilities like
暗影斗篷
,
寒冰屏障
, etc., are useful to drop the debuff stack when damage gets overwhelming.
Monks can use
风火雷电
on two statues and only rely on bouncing back and forth between the remaining two.
If you found this useful, you can find my full
Brawler's Guild Guide to Rank 8-10
here, complete with the 12 Challenge Card bosses.

Just beat this guy as a 529 Destro Lock, had 15s to spare on enrage, had 190k dps.
Quick tips:
- Make sure you're prepotting on the pull and using it again the minute it's back up. Doomguard is also big - it's a 1 button 1 million damage and everything helps in such a tight dps check.
- The adds spawn at each corner of the arena - I made a Havoc focus macro on the last guy I'd beat, and Havoc'd 3 Shadowburns on him every time I got another statue at 20%. He was at ~50% hp when I got to him that way. Make sure you have your path 100% planned if you do it that way - I started on the top left statue and worked clockwise, so my last statue (and the one I chose to Havoc) was the bottom left one.
- Soul Leech is HUGE for this fight - if you do some right initial burst, you won't start taking damage till the second statue is close to dead. That means it will take longer for you to have to waste GCDs with defensives, but be mindful that you will still need to reset the statue's debuffs at least twice during the fight. I went a bit overzealous and got it reset only once and I dropped down to 20% hp with no cds before the debuff from the last statue reset as I moved to kill it.
Good luck to everyone trying this.

This boss is like an inverted Four Horsemen. Each statue in the corners stacks a dot on you. Getting near a statue stops it from stacking the dot, allowing it to drop.
There's two main tricks to this fight. The first is that you REALLY REALLY need to blow up one of the statues as fast as possible. The sooner you can get rid of one, the easier the fight gets. As a ranged, focus down that statue as much as possible (while dotting up all 4 to beat the enrage). As a melee, you should stick to one statue and blow it up absolutely as quick as possible; do not leave the corner until it's dead. You may need to blow personal cooldowns to survive after it dies as the other 3 dots will have stacked.
The second part is moving from corner to corner. Here, you have a balancing act between dps lost moving and surviving the dots; unless you're a ranged with good mobility, you are going to lose dps moving (and any melee certainly will). Moving too much is going to waste too much damage. However, you do need to reset the dots at some point, as you can't just let them stack indefinitely. Once you're down to 3 statues, this is much less of an issue. Once again though, don't simply burn them down evenly; juggle around to reset stacks, but focus as much of your time / dps into a single statue as possible. Remember, the fight becomes exponentially easier each time you destroy a statue.

The statues don't seem able to dodge or parry, so melee can gain some dps by dumping as much expertise as possible. Well, I know they can't parry. I couldn't dump enough expertise to be under the dodge cap, but I'm pretty sure they can't dodge either.
Mingus can dodge and parry, but he is such a small part of the fight that freeing up a few thousand rating for stats for the statue is well worth the tradeoff of having a small chance for mingus to avoid your attacks.

Ranged dps (boomkin here) makes this pretty easy. Key is to burn one statue first with your prepot. Gets dots rolling on each statue if you can (Celestial Alignment for boomkin makes this fight pretty simple). Focus one statue and when its close to dying (let dots finish it) move the second statue on your side.
After when you are getting it low (sub 30%) move to the far side of the room and keep dots rolling on the two far statues. At this point just keep dots rolling on them and strafe back and forth removing debuffs. You can honestly be at a fairly low amount of hp and it not matter at this point as you take very little damage if you are keeping debuffs down (Mingus' melee is a pittance).
Alternate keeping the debuffs down and dotting/nuking and then finish Mingus.
Hope this helps any ranged having trouble with this one.

Just did this as a frost mage, ilvl 524. I was having trouble with the enrage until I realized the statues and Mingus himself (despite being immune to damage) could both be frozen. In addition, the statues won't fire on you when they are stunned, so you can stand in melee range of one statue and destroy another with Deep Freeze (make sure to refresh living bomb or nether tempest while they are frozen to take advantage of
碎冰
). Otherwise it's just a big DPS race, so knowledge of your rotation is your biggest asset. I was personally using Ice Barrier, Nether Tempest and Invocation; your level 60 talent shouldn't really come into play, but I imagine Cold Snap would be of most use (I would Ice Block on the second statue to drop stacks).

As a Hunter I was having trouble staying alive during this fight. After many wipes and looking at my damage taken I came to the conclusion that Iron Hawk wasn't helping me much. I swapped to Spirit Bond and won in two attempts. By the time you're critically low health you should have 2 statues down and Spirit Bond will fight the DoT damage wonderfully while you clean up the rest of the battle. I just let the boss smack me (previously, with Hawk, I felt it necessary to get Mingus onto my pet).
Glyph of Liberation is also a must for the on-demand heal.

537 Assassin Rogue one shot:
The statue you start on doesn't seem to matter, unless you want to take advantage of a racial spell damage reduction like
Arcane Resistance
- you could leave The Untiring Watcher for last as he does Arcane damage with
Titan's Glare
.
Go directly from one statue to the next, minimize your travel time, maximize your cooldown usage. Don't blow everything on one statue.
Statue 1: Pre-pot, Synapse Springs, Combat Readiness. Make sure Mingus is on your back to feed you free Combat Insight stacks. Delay CR until leeching poison will not cause overhealing.
Statue 2: ShStep over, Vendetta. CloS+Healthstone when you dip below 50%. Longer you can delay CloS the better.
Statue 3: ShStep/Sprint over, Shadow Blades. Recuperate with leftover CPs.
Statue 4: ShStep/Sprint over, Potion, Synapse Springs. I dipped pretty low here but as soon as the stacks drop the damage is basically gone.
Don't forget to kill Mingus. CloS can buy you a few extra seconds into enrage if necessary.
Untested if feint affects stack damage.

Just killed him as a 510 Ele Shaman after many 1-2% wipes. I would *strongly* recommend 520+ unless you want to die many times while refining your approach (which is fine if you're into that!)
Preparing-
For this fight: Unleashed Fury > Elemental Blast > Primal Elementalist
Ancestral Guidance > Healing Tide
Get every buff including Fort AND a Healthstone. Every GCD is crucial and you can't waste them keeping yourself alive.
Steps-
Drop Searing/Stone Bulwark and Prepot before the fight starts.
Start on the side the Fire (enrage) comes from so you don't have to move later.
As soon as the first statue is targetable, Flame Shock, LvB, Fire Ele, Stormlash, Unleash, then MACRO (Ascendance/BL/SWG) and melt the First statue while strafing toward the Second. First should go down in <15 seconds after engaging.
Shift your attention to the Second statue. FS and use any remaining Ascendance time, then Unleash. Nuke until stacks fall off and strafe toward the Third. Don't be afraid to stop and hardcast LvB. You will probably want to use Rage and/or AG because the damage will be bad here.
Once your stacks reset on the Third, start strafing to the Fourth while still nuking the Second. You will go OOR from the Second before you reach the Fourth, so stop to finish off the Second if you have to before closing with the Fourth. Healthstone is likely used here. Second should take ~25s to kill (~40s overall).
With the Second statue dead, you'll take very little damage as it's easy to strafe between the Third and Fourth to reset stacks. Pick one to focus on (Keep FS on the other for Surge procs) and follow the formula of FS/Unleash/Nuke. Your Fire Elemental will expire during this time and your Potion will come off CD. Be sure to drop Searing, Earth Ele, and use your Potion again.
You should aim to take <40s for each remaining statue (or <80s for both). The Enrage fire may well be coming down as you move to killing Mingus. Even though he's immune, you can cast Flame Shock on him before his shield drops, and this is a good idea when you're close to dropping the final statue so you can squeeze in another ES during the last precious seconds.
Stay calm, burn him down, and collect your awesome shirt.
Good luck! =)

Very easy as an affliction warlock. Took me 12 attempts (510 ilvl).
Here's how I did it:
Once I entered the fight, I ran over to the side where the lower right statue would spawn and quickly placed down demonic portal (diagonally -> lower right-upper left) & demonic circle, used a potion before combat after the cast for demonic portal finished, and then placed down demonic circle. As soon as I saw the statues being attackable, I used dark soul (as well as any other cds, but not doomguard - because I didn't want procs to fall off before I could get dots on every statue). Used soulburn: soulswap on the lower left statue (MG if I didn't have all procs up), and used soulburn: soulswap on the rest of the statues as quickly as possible (with all procs). Doomguard after I had my buffed dots up on all of the statues.
At that point, I chose to focus the lower left statue (made sure to kill that first, fast, because getting to the lower left statue to reset stacks was suboptimal as I would take more damage) while moving to reset stacks. To move I would use demonic circle & demonic portal (as well as just good old moving when I didn't have the chance you use those). Once I was at about half health, I used dark regeneration with glyphed healthstone. For the rest of the fight, I kept moving & made sure to refresh dots on all the statues (wasn't very good at that).
Once all the statues died, I started focusing Mingus & started moving towards the back of the room for the enrage (fire).
My item level was low, so therefore I chose to use the best buffs possible (mogu fish stew, flask of the warm sun, potion of the jade serpent, drums of the forgotten kings). Asking for buffs was also helpful, you just can't be in a group when you kill the boss.
My spec was:
Dark regeneration
(healing, in combination with glyphed healthstone/mortal coil),
Mortal coil
(heal & statues can be crowd-controlled, which may or may not cause them to reset stacks),
Dark bargain
(to use once I was low and didn't have heals),
Burning rush
(mostly useless),
GOSUP
(I'm pretty sure that GOSUP trumps GOSAC here because you're not channeling MG all the time, but further experimentation is advisable),
Kil'jaeden's cunning
(essential for movement).
Glyphs:
Glyph of healthstone
No other glyphs are really that useful
One last thing to note: warlocks have exceptional survivability and I initially thought that I could stand in the middle and just lol outheal - that is not possible, I had to reset stacks or I would die very fast.

Killed it as a 529 Ret paladin. The fight mechanics are not difficult, but it does have a strict dps check, just under Ahoo'ru. What I found to be immensely helpful is use Sanctified Wrath and GoAK right off the pull onto one of the statues, nuke it down and then with what's left of my CDs, I ran to the statue to the right. I burned it down and used defensives to deal with the hefty damage. By the time the second statue was in execute phase, I popped Divine Shield to drop all stacks from the other statues and heal myself up with a couple of flashes of light.
This will allow you to kill 2 statues within a 30 - 40 second time frame without running around managing stacks. The last 2 statues are easy, just run back and forth when stacks get too high and keep Censure rolling on the other. Mingus only has 900k hp, so if you get the statues down before enrage, the fight is yours.

Did this as a fire mage with 526 ilvl, 4pc t15, no legendary meta gem.
talents i picked were:
PoM
Ice Barrier
RoF (3rd tier talent doesnt matter)
Cold Snap
Nether Tempest
Invocation
tactic:
Start the fight off in the center of the room. Pop mirror images and time warp, then put nether tempest on all 4 statues. choose one, dps it down. if you get your combust procs lined up too late on the first statue due to bad rng, swap to a different statue and use your pyros+combust on that so you don't overkill the first.
Keep refreshing Nether Tempest on the statues, preferably before Time Warp wears off so that the DoT gets the 30% haste.
When your Ice Barrier wears off and you start to take some damage, ice block to remove all debuffs. Cold snap as soon as you can benefit from the heal and then ice block again when your debuffs get high. The ice blocks will save you a lot of time because you don't have to run around and reset your debuffs.
I had about 3 seconds left on the enrage.
Good luck all!

I just completed this as a 527 Frost DK. As one of the least mobile classes, this is pretty tough for us. Fortunately our death knight survival tools allow us to focus mostly on offense. You will need to do a little bit more than 160k DPS overall in order to down this boss. I'll outline my strategy below.
Talents: Unholy Blight, Anti-Magic Zone, Death's Advance, Death Pact, Runic Empowerment, Remorseless Winter
Glyphs: Glyph of Dark Succor, Glyph of Anti-Magic Shell, Glyph of Army of the Dead
Get full buffs, flask, food, a healthstone, and your
Bottomless Potion of Brawler's Might
.
Below is the order you'll
visit
the corners (^ indicates the way you start facing; in the Alliance guild, the SW corner is first). The order that you'll actually
kill
them will likely be 1, 2, 4, 3.
-----
2 1

^

3 4
-----
The following tips are important to the fight:
-Your killing blows on the statues will proc your Dark Succor glyph.
This is vital to staying alive without wasting resources on healing yourself.
-Use Remorseless Winter while running between statues to keep Mingus Diggs off your back and save yourself some health.
-You will probably want to leave statues just before they die, letting your Soul Reaper, ghouls, and diseases finish them off. Every second counts.
-I recommend saving Empower Rune Weapon to use when your second potion and Pillar of Frost are up, but it's up to you when you want to use it.
As soon as you port in, run to corner 1. Watch your DBM timer; you really need to squeeze every single second of efficiency out that you can. This fight is incredibly tightly tuned and a single wasted GCD may ruin you.
Combat will start at approximately 1:48 left to berserk, and the statue will become active at 1:45 left to berserk.
That means you want to do the following prior to combat starting:
1:54: start summoning Army of the Dead
1:49: pre-pot, summon ghoul, cast Pillar of Frost (in that order)
At 1:45, Outbreak and start burning down the statue that is directly in front of you. Kill the first statue. It will die very fast with all your CDs up.
While running to Statue 2, cast Unholy Blight. Heal yourself with your Dark Succor proc and burn down statue 2. When you get to about 50% health, pop AMS and your debuff stacks should fall off. You can heal with Death Pact here or you can choose to wait until Statue 3; it depends on how fast you kill the first two statues. Use it at any time you are below 50% health to get its full benefit.
When Statue 2 is about to die, pop Death's Advance and run to Statue 3. Heal with Dark Succor proc. Throw your AMZ bubble on top of the statue while you are running, then wail on it when you get there. When that AMZ bubble is gone and your stacks from Statue 3 are gone, I recommend running to Statue 4 to clear its stacks and killing Statue 4 before Statue 3. You will notice AMS coming off CD soon and will be tempted to wait until AMS is back up, but the damage from the debuffs ramps up quickly and you will likely find yourself taking too much damage. Use your healthstone when needed.
Use your second AMS when you need to clear stacks again.
Your potion and Pillar of Frost should be coming off CD soon; when they do, use them together and kill whatever statue you are on. When you finish off the statue, book it to the last one and kill it. As soon as you kill it, Mingus Diggs will become attackable. You'll only have a few seconds to finish him off; berserk will probably start coming when you're very close to finishing off the last statue. AMS will NOT save you from the berserk fire because you are as far away from it as you can be already; as soon as it reaches the wall you're at, you'll explode.
I died from the berserk about a split second after Mingus Diggs did. If you have better gear, you'll have a little bit more leeway, but not much.
Good luck!

Did it as a shadow priest in 540ish gear (though far from optimal for shadow). Had a couple of seconds to spare and ended the fight with 175k dps.
I opted for a bit of a brute force method:
I started at the back of the room so that I would have a couple of extra seconds to finish the fight and be safe from the fire once I get to the 3rd and 4th statue.
Prepotted and dotted 2 statues up and nuked one of them down with Power Infusion while standing in front of the other one.
Once the first one died I finished the second one and used my Vampiric Embrace midway through because the stacks from the other 2 statues were getting too high.
I let dots finish the statue off and speedshielded my way to the last 2 statues, I placed psyfiend in front of one of them and walked up to the other. I didn't dot up the one psyfiend was at until my stacks had reset.
Around this transition is where i took the most damage so maybe it's helpful for somebody to know that you can fear Mingus Diggs despite him being immune to damage. He doesn't do a whole lot of damage, but it might be worth a global to get rid of him until damage intake is under control.
At this point the only way to really die is to enrage because you'll have at worst just one statue slowly building up its stacks and you can reset them soon enough once it's the last one up.
I finished the 3rd statue, moved to the 4th and then killed the "boss".
I opted to use Insanity and Power Infusion, which i felt worked nicely for nuking down the first statue as soon as possible. Twist of Fate could probably give an overall increase to damage, but that would require handling the debuff stacks better than I did.
I'd strongly advise any priest to take the Inner Sanctum glyph for this because the damage does get very high.

Absolutely brutal for Warriors. Although we are very mobile and any good Warrior will have no problem bouncing from statue to statue, its our lack of any significantly strong DoT aside from Bloodbath once per minute and honestly laughable disgraceful ranged DPS that will force you to spend an additional GCD or two on each statue to finish it off, which can be the difference between success and failure. Even leaving a statue at sub 1%, Deep Wounds typically will either not finish it off, or it will take so long to finish off that you will have an entire extra damage debuff with high stacks rolling on you from the near death statue.
The ONLY real piece of useful advice for Warriors aside from what other users have contributed such a iLvl requirement, CD management, etc, is:
A.) If you have the Legendary Meta Gem, you can get away with leaving a statue early, just monitor your stacks of Capacitance, and when it reaches 4 stacks, Heroic Throw (if choosing Bloodbath) or Storm Bolt the far away near death statue to also release your 5th charge of capacitance, which will travel unlimited range from your current position if targeting the right statue.
B.) 2nd Wind + Glyph of Victory Rush with as much max HP you can squeeze into your fight. Buy yourself some Drums of Speed from the AH or Leatherworkers to gain a larger speed boost than wasting a major glyph on Enraged Speed.
(Note: patch 5.4 will make this fight insanely easier for warriors via Shield Wall un-macro'd, storm bolt's MH and OH damage, 65% more Deep Wounds damage, and drums of bloodlust/heroism BoE from leatherworkers)
So don't give up just yet Warriors out there!

Just did this boss as a BM hunter 535 ilvl, I had just hit the enrage timer when the boss went down, pulling a steady 156k dps at the end.
Talents I used that were beneficial:
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Chimera
- for a faster disengage cd making it easier to move between statues.
Spirit Bond
- I found the HP regen was far more beneficial when being stacked with Glyph of Animal Bond and a Spirit Beast mend heal. I never had any major issues with damage while using this.
Thrill of the Hunt
- The Arcane Shot proc with reduced focus helps a lot as you need to be able to output high and sustained dps.
A murder of Crows
- personally I chose this simply to be able to apply a dot to a target im current not focusing.
My strategy :
- As you enter the arena I start off by launching an Explosive Trap in the North-West corner while running to the North-East corner.
- Here I pop Rapid fire, Bestial Wrath, Berserking ( Troll racial) and Bottom Potion of Brawler's Deftness and I burn the statue in the North-West corner as fast as possible.
- Now focus the North-East statue and disengage moving rearwards to the South-East statue, as I do this I now pop Stampede and apply A Murder of Crows to the current statue focused. ( At this point I pop Readiness, which is being removed in 5.4 so no point making reference to it)
- From here I dps the North-East statue until I lose the debuff from the South-East statue, then I immediately disengage again to the South-West statue and dps the South-East statue very briefly until I lose its debuff.
-At this point your stacks from the North-East statue will be building up so run to that statue and start burning it.
- Once the North-East statue is about to go down disengage again to the South-East statue and start dpsing this target.
-While dpsing South-East statue start walking rearwards to the South-West statue to reset its debuff.
- From here you finish off the South-East statue and now you're left with the last remaining statue in the South-West corner.
- At this point its going to be really tight on the enrage time, So if you want to save Bottom Potion of Brawler's Deftness for this point it wont hurt. My Bestial Wrath just finishes its cd At this point so I only use that.
- Now its simply a standstill burn and fight against the enrage timer, once the final statue goes down you are now able to kill the boss that has been following you around the entire match doing minimal damage to you. He only has around 800k hp so he should only take several seconds to bring down.
Also a helpful tip I found with monitoring your debuffs is just to associate the colours. The colour of the statues beam hitting you will be the colour of the Debuff, helps if you are wondering which debuff is stacking the highest. You see the Green debuff getting too high so run towards that green beam.
But after doing it several times you'll simply learn which one is getting too high because you have your rotation set up.
Good luck all.

BM hunter ilvl 540 This fight is impossible for me. I can see how other hunters managed it pre 5.4 as readiness would be a god-send here. however enrage hits me when last statue is around 30-40% Why oh why did they remove readiness!
If any hunter has managed this in the 5.4 patch, I would love to hear your strategy on this.

After a few attempts with this tactic I killed him and died in the fire rain, but it counted.

Even though we still do have to move to remove the debuffs, I feel like monks have an easier time with this fight.
549 WW monk (Though I was doing this fight in BrM gear/tank cloak, BrM is my main spec, and I am stam stacking, so a full fledged WW monk shouldn't have much of a problem.)
At the start of the fight SEF the farthest two statues then proceed to burn down one of the remaining two, using 10 stack tigereye brew, brawlers potion, touch of karma, and xuen. Move between the statues if stacks get too high, hitting them while waiting for their respective debuffs to fall off. I noticed that after a full rotation of the statues both of the statues that I SEFed were dead leaving the very low initial one and an almost untouched one. Hit the enrage timer and died but still killed Mingus with about 161k dps
It will take a little time to get used to when to move, but practice makes perfect. Good luck to everyone trying to kill this guy. Defiantly one of the hardest bosses in the brawlers guild.

Okay so I've had nothing but F8*())** problems with this crappy ass.
I'm a 540 Frost mage, I should easily have over 250k dps I can't get over 113k no matter what. I'm fully buffed, even crystal of insanity. I follow the 3 spell rotation that there is and no matter what I die, and can't do it. I'm about to stop paying the 15$ a month I've paid for 7 years. This is bull. Someone help me since no matter where I look I can't find any guides for a frost mage. Thanks

This boss is an absolute nightmare as a warrior, but a little bit of gear and very careful cooldown management makes him doable.
I managed to complete it as a 536 Arms warrior without the Legendary Cloak. I used a Flask, and Pandaren Treasure Noodle Soup, as well as kept a Drums of Rage handy.
For talents, Second Wind is incredibly useful.
I stubbornly kept Bloodbath and Bladestorm for all of my attempts, but for my successful attempt I switched to Dragon's Roar and Stormbolt. For the most part, other talents aren't that big of a deal, though Double Time helped minimize downtime between statues.
To start off, I popped all cooldowns (and pre-potted, of course) and zerged one down completely before switching to the next. I DPS'd the second as low as I could before I knew I'd have to switch statues. At that point, I would bounce from one, to the middle, to the last, back to the middle, and then to the original that I had DPS'd down. I was focusing on dropping stacks more so than trying to evenly DPS them down. Leaving the two alive on a short side helps minimize the travel time.
I also recommend taking Glyph of Colossus Smash, so you can benefit a tiny bit by the sunder armor without wasting a GCD on it.
For those wondering, Spell Reflect does not work. You have to rely on other ways to stay alive such as Shield Wall, Die By the Sword, Rallying Cry, and don't forget Demoralizing Banner. There were several points where I came close to death, but Victory Rush and Second Wind saved me.
I managed to kill it without ever swapping into Defensive Stance though I considered it for the damage reduction I knew there would be no way I could beat the timer.
Once the four statues were down, I used my Drums and killed the boss at the very last second. Honestly I was so sure that I failed, it wasn't until after shouting a few vulgarities did I realize my quest was completed.
Ultimately, it's a really simple fight that is only difficult because of the high DPS requirement. Sure, ~180kish or whatever the estimates are is not high itself, it's fairly challenging to manage as a warrior before high SoO gear levels, and without the legendary cloak. Minimize movement as much as you possibly can. Heroic Leap and Charge, try to avoid switching statues if you have no way to instantly get there.

TLDR: Killed
明格斯·迪格斯
as an ilevel 543 elemental shaman. Final DPS was 143k. Gemmed and reforged for mastery. Respecced and reglyphed to heal my toon, mitigate damage to my toon and increase damage done by my toon. Killed Mingus at enrage, and then died myself but got the achievement.
My main is an Alliance elemental shaman, ilevel 543, and I killed Mingus last night with a final dps of just over 143k. I lost count of how many times I wiped on him before finally squeaking by. I found this fight tougher than the challenge fight to get the Celestial Blessing in the legendary cloak chain. It is not only a DPS/gear check, but also a check of your ability to quickly move within the arena, while causing damage to the bosses, and preventing or healing damage to yourself, all at the same time. Mingus was the last boss I needed for
打翻你的对手(第1赛季)
.
Gear
: About half my gear is SOO LFR (ilevel 536). The rest is: the legendary cloak (
心火,玉珑之息
), four upgraded Timeless pieces (ilevel 543) and two SOO flex pieces (ilevel 548). All pieces are upgraded two levels, gemmed, reforged and enchanted; four pieces are T16 armor for the set bonus. The key piece of gear is
伊墨苏斯的净化之缚
.
Gems and reforging
: After wiping repeatedly, I finally re-gemmed every socket for mastery (
机敏朱砂玛瑙
or
断裂日曜石
), except for two blue sockets which I gemmed for spirit (
纯净皇紫晶
). I had a
阴险之源钻
in the head meta-gem socket. Additionally, I reset the stats on each piece of gear and then reforged them for mastery when possible. The end result was a small reduction in spell power (final value of 37,262) and an increase in mastery to just over 69% (from roughly the mid 30’s).
Spec and glyphs
: I respecced and reglyphed. My focus was on healing my character during the fight (
自然守护者
,
收回图腾
,
先祖指引
,
), mitigating damage to my character during the fight (
,
) and increasing the damage done by my character during the fight (
元素回响
,
元素尊者
). None of the Tier 2 talents were useful, nor were any of the minor glyphs.
Enchants
: I had
, and
附魔副手 - 特效智力
on my shield. I put a
活化钢带扣
on my waist, and as a blacksmith I socketed my bracers and gloves.
Consumables
:
暖阳合剂
and
熊猫人八宝汤面
prior to signing up to fight;
拳手之狡诈药水
once in the arena just before the mobs spawn, and again after the 60 second CD resets.
Beware
:
拳手之狡诈药水
shares a CD with
拳手的治疗药水
,
神效治疗药水
and the
咔啡压榨机
. If you use any of these others after the CD resets, you won’t get a second shot at the intellect buff. In the end I removed all the others from my toolbars to prevent accidently clicking on some other consumable, as I had done several times before without realizing it. It was absolutely necessary to get two of
拳手之狡诈药水
.
Buffs
:
and
.
Strategy
: I prepotted and cast
before the mobs spawned. As they spawned I cast
英勇
,
,
熔岩爆裂
and
升腾
, in that order, targeting the first statue. Then I spammed lava burst and burned it down. Ran to the next statue targeting it on the way. Cast
先祖指引
for the healing, and hit the second statue with flame shock and lava burst, then spammed
at it. Got it to maybe 40% and ran to the third statue. Healed using
治疗之涌
as necessary and with
治疗之泉图腾
. Made limited assault with flame shock, lava burst and lightning bolt. Waited for the debuff to drop then ran to the fourth statue, dropped
治疗之潮图腾
,
and
灼热图腾
, since my Fire Elemental Totem was despawning.
Here’s the beauty of elementals
: they continue attacking your target while you are on the move. What that meant in this fight is that by the time I made it to statue number three, my fire elemental had killed statue number two. I never had to go back to it.
The rest of the fight was a race between statues three and four, and then burning Mingus down. It was at this point that I popped the second Potion of Brawler’s Cunning. I don’t recall whether I needed to reset my healing stream totem using
收回图腾
, or whether I used
纳鲁的赐福
to heal or
to mitigate damage to my character. All of these heals or mitigators are instants, and are good to have on tap.
Throughout the fight I hit lava burst when it was reset by
熔岩奔腾
, and
大地震击
when my lightning shield hit seven charges. I used
雷霆风暴
once or twice for a small damage add and a mana regenerator.
At the end, I hit the enrage timer but managed to kill Mingus just before my own character died. I was dead before I ported out of the arena, but I got the achievement anyway.
Mistakes I made
: I should have had
附魔手套 - 超强精通
on my gloves and
附魔靴子 - 熊猫人步法
on my feet for additional mastery, rather than the haste enchants I had.
Additionally I could have replaced most of the gems with
断裂日曜石
, leaving only the blues for spirit, which gives hit. I would have done that if necessary.
On every prior attempt, I was unable to burn down two statues in a row without the stacking debuffs killing me. That’s why I finally started moving on while statue number two was still alive. I did this a couple of times before I realized that the fire elemental would kill it after I left. On one attempt I even ran back to number two only to find it dead, without me doing anything to it after I moved on to number three. Yeah, I’m a noob.
I’ve read of others who had little problem with this fight, but for me it was difficult. I spent days and thousands of gold trying to get it right. It was only when I replaced my existing haphazard reforgings and gems with a more studied setup that I started to get close. Also, I’m a clicker from way back, and I’ve resisted learning hot keys, but as a last resort I would have done that as well. It’s a busy fight with a lot of things to consider. It required every buff I had, and even with the best gear an LFR player can get, my DPS was barely adequate. It was fun working through it, but I’m moving my noob self on to something else.

1 shot as a fury warrior (558 ilvl).
I was surprised how close I got to the enrage timer though, but it was easy enough to execute:
1. Blow all cooldowns, nuke first statue
2. Heroic Leap/Charge next statue and kill it. Use shield wall to make it through the last few seconds
3. Leap/charge the next statue, and dps it long enough for your stacks to drop
4. Leap/charge the last statue, dps it long enough to let your stacks drop (I had to use Rallying Cry here)
5. Go back to the third statue and kill it
6. Kill the last statue
7. Kill Mingus
If you start at one of the bottom statues (the ones that are to your back from the way you face when ported into the arena) and move around in a circular pattern, you will finish at one of the back pillars also, giving you some more time to dps while the enrage comes down.
Mingus doesnt do much damage, but you can use Die by the Sword in the tough spots too, to negate his damage and also take advantage of the 20% reduction.
I used Mass Spell Reflection on cooldown, but didn't notice if it actually worked.

If you are having issues this fight can be made much easier by utilizing timeless island items.
Managed to beat it today using 1 strange glowing mushroom and 1 thick pi'jiu brew.
The brew panda's do not make the statues transform but they do great damage over time allowing you to quickly dispatch the one it focuses on after you clear the others.
My one started on the frost statue and had it at 50% hp by time I'd finished the first 2 statues.

note to all DKs having trouble with this fight. if you use glyph of regenerative magic this fight becomes easy, just use AMS on cooldown and it drops all the stacks each time. with glyph of dark succor off each statue the damage that does happens becomes meaningless and the fight assuming you have the dps becomes very easy.

The hardest boss of all other card bosses for achievement
打翻你的对手(第1赛季)
.. Boss is DPS, speed and cooldown distribution check, where itemlevel is recommended 525+. Delete Vendetta glyph, Leeching poison is recommended. Use Combat Readiness + 2 Evasions, Blind and Smoke Bomb. Use 2 prepots. Burst first monument with ShadowBlades, the second with Vendetta. Then put Rupture on the 3rd and switch to the fourth. Delete stacks by Cloack on the 50% of second statue. Sprint/Shadowstep is obligatory .To understand the rotation of cooldowns you need to check my video kill and make some tries:

Did this fight as a 536 balance druid, without the legendary cloak, and with the glyph:
Stampede
Talents:
Wild Charge
, use on long distances between the statues.
Ysera's Gift
: A good passive heal, making you be able to keep spamming sunfire/moonfire without worrying about clicking another heal to keep you up, with the exception of Rejuvenation.
Incarnation
: Big DPS increase.
Nature's Vigil
: Increases your damage and combined with your other CD's, it tops your hp up.
My dps for the fight began at 180-200k, then sunk to 150-170k later on.
Buffed with
MoTW
,
Visions of Insanity
, and used this
potion
, and also a really helpful item:
Drums of Rage
.
Went in with 75 Lunar energy, pre-pot and a Rejuvenation on myself, keep in mind to keep applying Rejuvenation on yourself throughout the fight. Popped Starfall, used Starsurge on one of the statues and started applying Sunfire and Moonfire on all 4 statues while have activated
Stampeding Roar
, running between all of the corners until my Starfall went out, as fast as it went out I used Starfall again (which I got thanks to reaching
Lunar Eclipse
, by using Starsurge at the start). Use Starsurge and Starfall everytime you can, while still moving around the corners to control your stacks. If you're not in range for another statue to apply your Sunfire and Moonfire, then spam it on the closest until you're in range for another to re-dot. When your stampeding roar runs out, activate your cooldowns:
Incarnation
, and
Celestial Alignment
. Apply Moonfire/Sunfire on each statue, spam them as much as possible while still keeping the dots up on all 4 statues, while still running around in a square to control your stacks. Keep using Starsurge when it procs, and if you start to notice your hp is going low, use
Nature's Vigil
(preferably together with Incarnation and Celestial Alignment, as it tops your hp up instantly while you're spamming Sunfire/Moonfire on the statues. When all your CD's are gone, your dps are starting to sink down as mine did, use Drums of Rage. This is usable in Moonkin Form. Keep dotting up the statues with Moonfire and Sunfire, using Starsurge as it procs, and the statues should all soon be dead by now, with perhaps 13 secounds left. This is perfectly enough to down Mingus with, as his hp is really low, and you should have a bit of the Drums of Rage buff left on you.
Moonfire and Sunfire spam is the way to success!
If you have 2 statues left with small amounts of hp, then you are allowed to use Starfire/Wrath depending on what Eclipse you're in, if you think it'll take them down faster than spamming Moonfire/Sunfire. Good luck!
Today I beat Mingus as melee, with my ending dps being 173k, so the dps requirement for this boss is true.

Having a good supply of the following items can be real handy.
发光的怪蘑菇
气泡老啤酒
薄雾老啤酒
馥郁老啤酒
Yes, these items work in the Brawler's Guild. I went in with a full stack of mushrooms, summoned the extra "help" in the form of the Spectral Monks, and took Mingus down.
Also, as a ranged DPS (MM Hunter) I found that standing at one statue and shooting the other across from it helped as well.

Probably the roughest fight of the WoD brawlers guild, at least as of yet. Certainly harder than Ahoo'ru.
Crazy high damage requirement, tons of movement, AND absurd incoming damage.
EDIT: Defeated him two months later!
Despite my earlier comment, I actually beat him before Ahoo'ru. Mingus Diggs is a super gear check; as an arms warrior, I needed the 670 crafted weapon, a scabbard of kyanos, and full raid buffs. Could not of done it without all three of those. Final ilevel was 666.
Tricks for warriors:
Incoming damage is constant but low if you do it right. As such, second wind turned out more viable than the other healing talents.
Murdering one at the start is pretty much required. You can't bounce between 4 and survive; 3 is much easier
Burst is incredibly important; burn all cooldowns (reck, avatar, scabbard, pre-pot) at the start to kill the first statue. This is why I said the scabbard of kyanos was required for the ilevel I was.
The bosses are stunnable. Stormbolt made it so I didn't have to ever go into melee range of one of them until I killed it last.
Of course, position Mingus Diggs so you parry him while killing his statues.
Final rotation was: Kill first one, charge second and fight for ~2 seconds, stormbolt third, heroic leap 4th and beat on it for ~15 seconds, charge 2nd and beat on it for ~15 seconds, stormbolt 3rd, charge 4th and kill it, heroic leap 2nd and kill it, kill 3rd, kill Mingus Diggs, collect shirt, collect epic shirt, brag on wowhead.

Trivialized for affliction warlocks. Not sure how important gear is. I didn't drop below half health before I had killed two and a half. Wasn't optimized for pve, but do have the legendary ring damage boost. I never used my doomguard cooldown, I was sloppy with my other cooldowns. Suspect for afflocks it isn't a real challenge.

for the mages/paladins out there, immunities make this fight 10 times easier, the high damage you receive during the fight is from a debuff the statues put on you, mingus is almost irrelevant, so if you clear two of the statues, make your way to the third so it can't hit you and pop your immunity, stacks should reset and you'll have a much easier time finishing off the last two and the boss

Had trouble with this one, but got it in the end! Here's what I did (DH by the way!)
Focused down one totem at first, burn the second and rotated between the last two to remove stacks then well, down the Dwarf himself.
I found prepotting really useful here, helps give that extra edge!

Completed it as 405 MM Hunter.
Started by standing in one corner and prepot, use Trueshot and on-use trinkets if any (I had 395 Plunderbeard's Flask). Burned down the first statue and disengaged to the next statue and continued to burn the next statue down. Used Survival of the Fittest as I moved to the third statue and killed it. At the fourth I used Exhilaration to heal back up as I was at 30% HP. When the final statue was down I used Bursting Shot and kited the boss using Concussive Shot.
I forgot to use my Heart of Azeroth and I didn't use my second pot during the fight.
