After a warlock has completed the green fire questline, defeated Kanrethad Ebonlocke, and learned the Codex of Xerrath ability, they can visit Jubeka Shadowbreaker to return their fire spells to the original red visuals instead of green.

it costs 500g to toggle off green fire.

Next to her is Kenrethad Ebonlocke, you can just right click him and drain more powers if you would like to set green fire on again.

Any relation to Lord Grayson Shadowbreaker(Paladin trainer)? He is a Paladin, so I thought there might be some ironic lore going on...

Well, that Kanrethad is an annoying, arrogant git who likely haxxors, but one thing has to be said for him. He makes a nice ornamental piece.

Jubeka is located just to the left of The Altar of Damnation, when you are facing toward's Gul'dan.
Upon talking with Jubeka after completing the Kanrethad Ebonlocke encounter, she says the following:
"Hello <Name>
Kanrethad's power is too great to be free. I'll ensure he stays banished, for as long as I exist.
Still, a taste of the fel energies he saturated with should cause no ill. Feel free to drain some for your own use. Should you ever grow tired of it's effects, I can purge the fel energy from you, for a price."
In which you have the option to reply
"Jubeka, I no longer wish to be tainted by this fel energy."
Which will prompt a warning message that you will be charged 500g for the purging.

I like to change my fire color to match my current transmogged gear. However, I don't switch the color of fire spells often enough to remember which expansion and/or phase Jubeka and Kanrethad are available. Therefore, every time I make the change I have to search for the information which is usually spread across posts and locations and there may only be one phase, but I don't seem to remember that either. First, I would like to say that all of the above posters are correct, but for players like me who dont remember the basic steps, I have decided to make a post clarifying all the steps as of the current patch. I am posting here because every search i have run regarding warlock fire changing the npc Jubeka always pops up so hopefully more players click on Jubeka and see this post.
Pre-Codex of Xerrath:
In the beginning warlocks had red fire. Later, Blizzard gave us green fire which was, and still is, obtained by looting a book (the codex of Xerrath) and completing a quest chain as Pylades mentions above. If you have never, or dont remember how to get the codex of Xerrath, then do the following: 1. In the Battle of Azeroth expansion, Orgrimmar has 2 sets of portals. One set hasn't changed and is located on the north side on a bluff overlooking Orgrimmar. The new second set (the set we want) is located just inside the Orgrimmar's main entrance on the south side of the city. Entering from Durator (south of the city) make a right and at the end of the corridor make a left to enter the valley of strength or go straight and enter the portal room. This room has portals tying together all of wow's expansions (awesome stuff). Once inside, take the 2nd right portal to MOP's Jade forest. Next, either fly yourself or grab a ride from the flightmaster (located a short distance up the path) and fly to Shadowpan Garrison in Townlong Steppes, Pandaria. Next, take the portal to Island of Thunder (Alliance coords: 49.7/68.7; Horde coords: 50.6/73.4). Next, kill the rare mobs on the island with your warlock toon to loot the codex of Xerrath. The drop is random so hope rng luck is with you because it may take many kills before the book drops. The book is boe so it is a good idea to check the auction house and make the purchase instead of island farming. Once you have the codex of Xerrath just follow the instructions to complete the quest chain to obtain green fire. Once completed you will also notice a new passive ability in your spellbook allowing you to change between green and red fire whenever you would like by completing the following steps.
Changing fire color:
First, go to the same BFA portal room in Orgrimmar as you did above and take the Shattrath City portal ( 2nd portal on the left). Next fly or use the flightmaster to reach Shadowmoon valley. In shadowmoon valley go to coords at approximately 42/43 at the Alter of Damnation. If you are facing Guldan from the rear of the seating area, Jubeka and Kanrethad are standing relatively close together on the left of the alter's seating area. At the front you will see Guldan and at the back with you are 2 additional npc(s). Just left click on Jubeka or Kanrethad depending upon which color of fire you want.
I hope this post saves time for everyone. Have fun and enjoy.
