I found him today - Grizzly Hills 40,50 near the cave at Vordrassils Heart.
Loot - 25 Gold & Blue Bracers (Ichor-Stained Wraps).

Found it at 27.77, 45.02 in Grizzly Hills, in a place called Vordrassil's Fall. It pathed out of the tree "cave".

22 Gold, Blue Bracers, 20x Frostweave Cloth, and 3xCrystallized Fire.

Found it at two locations so far 28,45 (Vordrassil Tears) and 34,49 (Vordarssil Limb). Seems like it can spawn by any of those three caves.

Found this at 40,49 amongst some of the slimes. It dropped just under 18g, a stack of cloth, 4 Crystallised Earth and Ichor-Stained Wraps of the Sorcerer, 2:50am Realm Time, Steamwheedle Cartel.

Is there any data on how often he spawns? It's been maddening trying to catch this fella - I just found it on my alt, though it was dead, and I'm not sure how long I should wait before checking back.

Just checked in 6 hours later, no sign. Will be checking again every hour.

I was lucky enough to find this rare a few days ago while questing.
He was quite easy to kill and did not do any real damage, and dropped a sack with 16g + a pair of bracers in it.

Sadly, setting this guy on fire will not allow you to forge either of these. How the Hakkari pulled it off remains a mystery.

I got incredibly lucky , i was on the taxi flying from Dalaran to Vengeance Landing , and i downloaded Npc_scan few hours ago in order to camp TLPD, my npc_scan went off , and i came back , still there , wandering just outside the cave.

Killed Seething Hate at 44,49 at the third camp on the right at 12:34 Midnight.

Dropped Ichor-Stained Wraps of the Necromancer. Keep in mind that when you are looking for him, he moves pretty slowly, pats and is smaller then the oozes surrounding him.

I was flying just above the ground and I found it
I got my achieve and got some random cloth bracers
Plus the bag had like 16g in it so that's pretty cool.

Just came across him around 2:39 Pm Moon Guard Server Time. He was located around 37,51 near Vordrassil's Heart. Killed him on my hunter. Dropped 腐液裹腕, 20 pieces of Frostweave Cloth, and some gold. And received the 诺森德珍兽 achievement. :)

Killed at 3:03 am Sargeras server time at 40.6, 49.4 (Vordrassil's Heart)
It wasn't there 25 min before when I went through the area. Got Syreian the Bonecarver at 2:44 am, went to Howling Fjord and managed to snag King Pin at 2:55 am, flew back up and the mob had spawned.

Can this guy possibly be Sha-related? Uses a shadowfiend model (like the smallest Sha), and is called in relation to a negative emotion. I believe there are even Sha on Pandaria called "Seething Hatred". Quite a big coincidence...

After many, many fly bys with no luck, I decided to kill a few of the oozes, just in case he shares a spawn spot with one of those. I came back about 20 minutes later and there he was :) It could be it was just his time to pop up, but then again, maybe not. It's worth a try!

For those wondering if he can be found above ground or in a cave, I can confirm he can be found above ground. That's where I just killed him. Not sure if he also pats into caves.

Killed at 40.22, 48.75 walking around outside, NPC scanner picked him up. He's pretty small compared to the other mobs in the area. Killed at 7:47am (Melbourne, Australia time)..
