This NPC has a Night Elf voice. Her eyes glow blue instead of green because she's a high elf, not a blood elf.

I absolutely loved aimee's clothes when i first saw her so since Transmog has been available i've been working on making one as similar as i can.

Head: Optional
Shoulder: 极光衬肩
Chest: 海盗外衣
Back: Optional
Belt: 虔诚腰带 You can buy a replica for this if it's not on the AH from the Darkmoon faire. For non priests: 阿达尔的礼物
Skirt: 仿制的虔诚长裙 and for non priests: 神圣纹章护腿 or 大祭司褶裙
Shoes: 虔诚软鞋 and for non priests: 平静便鞋
Gloves: 仿制的虔诚护手 or (for non priests but goes well regardless) 化身裹手
Bracers: 海盗护腕
Weapon: Using 尼伯龙根 in the picture, but many weapons, 2 hand or not will go well with this.

For those that are struggling to find the Lovely Cake for the Bad Example Achievement - go visit this NPC in OLD DALARAN, not Legion Dalaran. It's the only item that she sells for the achievement that for some reason is not available from the Legion version of the NPC.
