I saw how she was killed, but I did not came in time. Exactly an hour later she reappeared again.

Doesn't spawn every day but when she does her respawn timer is 1 hour.

General Zarathura, like other notable rares in Zereth Mortis, is not available for spawn every day. So you don't waste your time camping a particular rare that isn't going to spawn that day, check the Today in WoW page on Wowhead; on that page is a list of the "notable Zereth Mortis rares" that will spawn during that daily timer.

Timed it today (9.mar 2022) - it respawned after 40ish minutes from the kill.

Does she still drop "Kris of Intricate Secrets", haven't seen it yet, & the one rogue I spoke to said they got theirs 'first day of patch'.

On days she spawns it can be more than an hour between spawns.
