He is not that easy to kill, he does high damage and breaks a Priest's shield in an instant. Be careful. Doable solo.

To do this quest, you need to start with this quest chain, from NPC Cryptographer Aurren:

Once you have completed the final quest of that chain, the quest Murlocs... Why Here? Why Now? will become available. While you are on this quest, you can obtain the drop.

Once I handed in 阿基达的预言 then 鱼人…… became available from 古尔弗 at stillpine hold but not until then.

Once you have 鱼人…… from you can head over to the beach around 35.4 11.8 and find 咕噜咕拉. Kill 咕噜咕拉 and it will drop 古尔弗的尊严 Once you have 古尔弗的尊严 it will start a quest. Head back over to Stillpine hold and turn it in.
