Soloed with Magical Crawdad (2,2,2)

Opened with Shell Shield, Surge x 2, Wish. From there, refreshed Shell Shield at 1 turn remaining and used Wish on CD, with Surge as filler.

As painful as the Crawdad is to acquire, the only other option I can find both Wish and an Elemental attack would be the Celestial Calf (purchasable from the Mad Merchant in Broken Isles Dalaran for 1M gold).

I went with a full Aquatic team with Pump being the important ability.

Benax (or other Aquatic with Pump):
Swarm of Flies
Pump x2
(Benax dies)

Mud Jumper (or other Aquatic):
Pump x2
(Scorch dies)

I had a River Otter too but didn't need it.

The absolute best strategy to defeat all pets, if you don't have a large roster or are new to pet battles, is to use an entire team of level one pets, as these pet world quests scale with your pet's level. When the pet is scaled to your level at level one, it loses most of its abilities and difficulty.

I just went in with three aquatic pets. Abyssal slitherling, Barrier Hermit, and Benax. Abyssal slithering(deep bite, squeeze, toxic skin) almost took him out before killing my abyssal and I finished him up with the Barrier Hermit.

Easiest boss to deal with so far

I used 翠雾舞者 1,2,2 and in 4 rounds he was dead

1.喷泉
2. 祈雨舞
3. 蒸汽喷吐 keep at it until dead

in case he crit your jademist I'm sure any aqua attack u got on a backup will finish the job

Lineup

虚空深渊魔 (X, 2, 1) H/H preferable.
虚空深渊魔 or any high health pet with 自爆
Clean-up pet.

Strategy by Round

Netherspace Abyssal > Immolate
Netherspace Abyssal > Meteor Strike
Netherspace Abyssal > Explode
Second pet > Explode
Third pet > Clean-up, if Scorch is not dead.

This strategy is the quickest and most effective that I've found against most single-opponent battle pets.

Although Scorch does not have the Boss buff, Explode ignores bosses that do have it because it deals percent-based damage. For the same reason, Baa'l is also valuable for his unique ability Murder the Innocent, which also deals percent-based damage, but doesn't kill him like Explode would. Baa'l is much more time consuming to obtain, but is an excellent third pet in this line-up. And because Netherspace Abbysals and Baa'l are both magic type, they have a built-in defense against high-damage boss abilities.

For this reason, I highly recommend everyone obtain two Netherspace Abyssals that are H/H (higher health = more Explode damage).

Soloed with an Emperor Crab. Might have been luck though. I used Renewing Mists first, then Whirlpool on cooldown, Renewing Mists again when it dropped off and Surge as filler. I had a couple Pandaren Water Spirits as backup but never used them.

If you don't have many pets, the moths from Bastion do well. He does the sunny day so he has like 4300 hp and the poison deals like 250 damage a turn plus weak arcane slash does decent damage, just use wish to get a ton of health back.

P/P Fen Crab almost solo's him. Spiny Carapace, Rip, Blood in the Water, Rip until crab dies. Then P/P Emperor Crab to finish him off with Surge.

Easy 2 pet battle (the third one was there for 'just in case')
Abyssal Slithering (1, 1, 1)
Tiny Green Carp (1, 2, 1)
Dancing Water Skimmer (1, 1, 2)

Abyssal Slitering - Toxic Skin/Squeeze/Deep Bite - at which point it probably dies
Tiny Green Carp - Whirlpool/Water Jet and the heal but you probably kill Scorch with the Whirlpool

If you don't have a Tiny Green Carp, find an Aquatic pet with similar abilities

Defeated with a pretty random roster...

Did a quick Scorched Earth, then just beat on him with basic attacks until he died. While he did kill my first two pets, the fact that I was able to beat him with no planning whatsoever tells me this was definitely not a difficult fight.

Using the addon tdbattlepetscript with 魔法龙虾, suggested in the top post, the following script works:
if
ability(Shell Shield)
ability(Wish)
ability(Surge)
endif

It will cast shell shield and heal any time it needs to, making the Crawdad virtually unkillable by 灼灼.

Can be quickly soloed with Plump Jelly (H/B) using either (1,1,2) or (1,1,1). Open with Squeeze or Whirlpool, then cast 1 heal on round two. Then Rotate Tentacle and use third ability on CD.

Can be close if you get hit with too many crits but pretty reliable and quick. If you use a different Jelly that isn't a health breed then you may need second pet.

An aquatic pet with 水流喷射 and some kind of healing ability (Hey, for the first time ever, you could actually use your 离群的小鲨鱼! It works, I tested it. But, my preference is an H/H frog with 治疗波, as I found the extra health helpful)
Any backup aquatic in case you get bad RNG crits from your opponent

Swap to 2nd pet
水流喷射
Heal ability
水流喷射 until opponent dies

Note: 伊奇 usually dies after 2nd round of 群殴, but if all 3 rounds do hit, then you will likely only need 1 水流喷射 to finish the fight.
