罪孽融合体 rare mob can be found in 雷文德斯.

Location: 65.73 29.15
Required for: 雷文德斯冒险家
Rare drop: 罪碑装饰巨盔

To be able to summon 罪孽融合体 you need to complete world quest when its up.
After collecting the sinstone fragments you need to chose a catalyst. You should pick up the left one - Catalyst of Power.
will give you 罪孽融合体. use it to summon the rare mob, it will appear next to you and attack.

P.S. I need few reports if rare has a chance to spawn less than 100%. I tried three times and always got the rare..

You can summon 罪孽融合体 during the world quest.
It's located north-west of Halls of Atonement flight point.
Collect 罪碑碎片 from , or pick up from the ground.
After you collect 20 罪碑碎片 choose the Catalyst of Power from the table.
Then speak with Alchemist Leticia and use the 罪孽融合体.
