It took a few clicks for it to slow down enough, so I could cast the "Wish" (channeled). I got 1x 时空之叶, 4x 天界橡果, and 仙枝 for 仙枝的财富.

The hand icon did not show for me at first... Just spam click it until a hand symbol appears, that means you can loot it.

There are lots of Wish Cricket "treasures" in the Ardenweald

The mechanics is the same for all locations , just click on the cricket when you get close to him.
Cricket looks like small critter-like creature.

For me running over it made it stop with the said message "Chirp!", I clicked it, which caused me to channel wish, and received the Runetender Headguard

It runs slower while crossing the water. That's the easiest place to grab it.

It is also targetable with /tar and you can put a raid marker on it for easier tracking.

Found one north of Glitterfall Basin, running around fast and hard to target. Then it fought and killed a mob and then moved away slowly.

Drop was 护暮之枝, Intellect Off-hand so pretty useless for a feral druid.
