戈姆驯服者提佐
Location: /way 27,2, 51,5 (path entrance)
Note: you need kill 蓟果恐魔 mobs to trigger and spawn the rare. 蓟果恐魔 is located around /way 28,4, 55,3 these mobs are riding on the mob 疯乱的守护者. You need kill 疯乱的守护者 to attack 蓟果恐魔.
I don't know what is the chance to trigger the rare but he trigger for me after 10 minutes killing 疯乱的守护者 and 蓟果恐魔.
When the rare trigger you will see the message on your chat: "Bristlecone Terror yells: The enemy is too strong! Save us, Tizo!".
And after that will spawn the 阿吞 after kill 阿吞 will spawn 戈姆驯服者提佐.

Note: I don't know if 蓟果悍魔 have chance to trigger the rare.

戈姆驯服者提佐 rewards 锥喉林地咀嚼者 (100% drop rate on Beta).

Resume:

kill 疯乱的守护者 and 蓟果恐魔 mobs around /way 28,4, 55,3 until 阿吞 spawn
kill 阿吞

戈姆驯服者提佐 rare mob can be found in 炽蓝仙野.

Location: 26.45 54.32
Required for: 炽蓝仙野冒险家
Rare drop: 锥喉林地咀嚼者

To summon 戈姆驯服者提佐 you need to kill some elite mobs within the maze - 蓟果恐魔s.
These guys ride elite 疯乱的守护者s, so you need to kill them first.
After some killed 蓟果恐魔s one of them yell for help and 阿吞 will spawn.
You need to kill it and finally the rare is all yours, it has very low heath points and easy to kill.

戈姆驯服者提佐 is located in the 炽蓝仙野 In the Mistveil Tangle zone.
In the area to the west of the Tirna Scithe dungeon entrance with lots of 蓟果碎骨者 mobs.

You'll see 蓟果恐魔s riding the 疯乱的守护者 (elite mobs in the area)
Killing a 蓟果恐魔 has a small chance to spawn a 阿吞
After you kill him the 戈姆驯服者提佐 comes to fight you

I farmed the location with friends for couple of hours ones and saw no respawn,
But then i got rare only after couple of kills while on a world quest, so not exactly sure if there is anything else to it.
And after my first 2h farm i still feel that maybe killing mobs in the area is just a coincidence; p

Drops 锥喉林地咀嚼者. Mount looks really cool
Rare is a part of 炽蓝仙野冒险家 achievement.

The mount is 100% drop chance, we did it in a raid and everyone got it.
Kill the deranged gaurdians and the terrors that spawn from them
Chompy will spawn from killing those after a terror yells "The enemy is too strong! Save us, Tizo!"
Chompy/Tizo spawning took us nearly an hour of grinding those mobs
Tizo will spawn right where you kill Chompy
You don't need to be on the world quest we did this at lvl 59, you can't use the mount till 60 though.

I made a raid group and it took about an hour of farming with 13 people. Everyone in the raid got the mount.

Farmed it today and it was a bone-breaker that triggered the boss, not a guardian/terror. So I would recommend that you kill all the mobs around.
I have uploaded a screenshot as proof.
