Is it just me or are the tauren elder models not the same as the current tauren models? It looks like some sort of old model like how they use the old models in places like Old Hillsbrad Foothills. See Frances Lin for example

Not sure but i just went into ZF to talk to this guy and could not find him anywhere. Any others having any issues locating him? (Yes, ive checked next to the pool)

The dungeon server isnt on the same calendar as the realm i think.

Nearly sure it does. I was in Nexus, UP, UK and ZF just now and we had the elders.

The elder, a female, _is_ there! Just found her right where Blankstar has her on the map in 2009, by the pool.

I don't know why this was down ranked. I am having the same problem. I am standing here in ZF and the elder is definitely NOT here, at least not where indicated on the map linked above.

It is possible that some realms are having a problem?

Same place post shattering, I was able to mount up at the entrance and run the whole way through without being dismounted. Easy peasy
She is inside Zul farrak dungeon, Tanaris, by the big pool you summon the boss with the gong.

1) NPC is inside Zul'Farrak in Tanaris.
2) You must enter the instance, not just fly over.
3) Mount up and run to 34.5 39.4

Enter Zul'Farrak goto 34.5, 39.4 where Gahz'rilla is to the right of the Gong of Zul'Farrak

the location of elder wildmane is 34.50 / 39.34 by the pool of summoning

To clear this up for everyone since no one can seem to give a straight forward answer...

She is located at 34.44, 39.18

You can type "/way 34.44, 39.18" and see where to go exactly

The general location on the map is the blue area where the pool is.

I decided to create a video walk-through of how to get to each of the dungeons for all the elders and where the elder is located inside the dungeon. Since we're able to queue up through the dungeon finder, many players might not know exactly how to get to these dungeons anymore. And some of the older dungeons, like Maraudon, are very large and confusing. So I thought it would be most helpful to make a video. Note:

If you fly over Zul'Farrak, you'll see the whole area, and can land in it. HOWEVER: You will NOT zone into the instance, you will not have any bosses, or even any elite mobs in your way... and Elder Wildmane will NOT be there.

So much for getting the last one easily.
