If you talk to her she'll offer you a replacement Darkmoon Adventurer's Guide!

She was replaced by Darkmoon Faire Greeter in Mulgore and Elwyn Forest. If you will need the Darkmoon Adventurer's Guide just talk to this NPC and choose "Darkmoon Adventurer's Guide?" and then May I have another Darkmoon Adventurer's Guide?

But if you want to see her, she is on the new location of The Darkmoon Faire on left side of entrace.
