I'm not completely sure how things are set up in the build that's going up today, but our intent is actually that you'll be able to acquire multiple Legendary cloaks, if you like. So, if you wanted, you could actually get one for both your Protection and Retribution spec :)

5.4 PTR: Siege of Orgrimmar Mount Rewards and Zone Preview

Mount Rewards

The Reins of the Kor'kron War Wolf are rewarded if you've completed 引领潮流：加尔鲁什·地狱咆哮（10人） or 引领潮流：加尔鲁什·地狱咆哮（25人）. This is the first Ahead of the Curve achievement to award a mount, and also the first to be split into 10 and 25 player versions since the lockouts became shared in Cataclysm.

Killing 加尔鲁什·地狱咆哮（史诗难度） will have a 100% droprate on a truly epic mount, that will be nerfed to 2% when the next tier comes out.

奥格瑞玛破城者的荣耀 rewards the Reins of Galakras mount. Blizzard has confirmed that the achievements required for the 奥格瑞玛破城者的荣耀 will not include heroic ones, and that the needed achievements can be completed in Flex mode.
