The change is ok. Just add one more class with the buff.
Good stuff Blizz, getting people to make actual choices is a good thing. I was real tired of the "just bring 3 rogues and it'll be the best set up" approach that we've had since Legion. This could potentially make the MDIs worth watching again, hopefully every single run isn't just a mirror matchup at least. I also see this being only a good thing for Shaman healers trying to do M+.
Very good change, pseudo buffs should never be as close to the real thing.
It seems like they're just trying to remove any option other than just making some classes mandatory to bring. So if you don't provide a buff or debuff, don't bother playing with other people this expansion.
Personally i don't mind this change as much, since you got to have at least one hunter , mage or shaman in the raid group, its unlikely to not have at least one. And for M+ its not as harmful as it seems, all of those classes have dps specs and there is 3 slots for dps , plus it kinda boosts shamans place for a healer in m+, which is not a bad thing. But i hate the battle res change much more, cause the most optimal BR classes are druids and DKs, since you much rather have healer or tank of BR duty. And those spots are very competitive in terms of meta, druids are already top healer and it just locks that role for them. I really hope they bring back some kind of new profession item that can battle res.
Great Job Blizzard! So far I have been really impressed with the creativity and dedication to making this expansion one to remember! :)
2020: Bring the Class not the Player2020: Bring stuff, but dont fix classes like Monk2020: Thank you Blizzard, for a promising Shadowlands with sometimes wrong focus2020: Hope will slowly die... u have the Chance, use them!
What about MM hunters? Please Blizzard don't forget about lone wolf ability! Don't force MM hunters start every boss fight with giving hero+dismiss pet combo...
Bring the class not the player has been a thing in the meta since forever and you cant change that. I think giving Classes more unique Utility is a good thing. Now classes that are not as good generally have at least another chance to be useful in some way
