The dev team's justification for giving the shoulders back to priests is because it is "best in slot" for them. If anyone watched the recent AWC tourny, or any tourny since season 2, you'd see that all of the top Windwalkers use Mantle of Fastidious Machinations because it is BEST IN SLOT for PvP. Take a look at the setups of the top NA Windwalkers here, Babycakez, Trill, and Chunli. Basically the only piece that is consistent across all of their set ups is the Mantle of Fastidious Machinations.https://gyazo.com/085633f9c86ed863d95abc50438f0aa0https://gyazo.com/d7d83ab49c1be24b97ac89a44df82a46https://gyazo.com/281633f57fe0dd752461db908c9616bfEven more evidence as to why the devs are just completely clueless when it comes to determining "best in slot". Again, not only is this piece BiS in PvE, it's also best in PvP.EDIT: Welp, guess because this is a new account I can't post URLs? It's a screenshot of their armor set ups and the only Azerite piece that is consistent across their setups is Mantle of Fastidious Machinations

This post has evidence of leather wearer's getting refunds:https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/cje1ci/titan_residuum_refunds_and_unfair_and/Okay well i guess I can't provide evidence on wowhead or blizz forums, bc the internet isn't allowed links. Go to r/wow its there.
I got roughly 40k residuum back, spent it, rolled maybe 5 or 6 more times on top of that(as of August 6th)and still have yet to see the shoulders. Is it still bugged? Can anyone confirm getting the cloth shoulders?
